Brain Shake.

This smoothie has all the greatest fats, protein, vitamins and amino acids you need for a clear mind in the morning. Here's the deal:

8 oz water/coconut water
1/2 cup frozen cherries or berries
3 tbsp collagen hydrolysate as protein base (this is flavoured- marine source, can get non-flavoured bovine source)
1-2 tbsp nut butter - sugar free of course!
1-2 tbsp ghee
1-2 tbsp coconut oil
1-2 tbsp cocoa powder
3 pasturized organic egg yolks

Lunch: smoked wild caught salmon (no sugar!) with minimal ingredients in the guacamole and @jacksonshonest sweet potato chips cooked in coconut oil
