Took a rest day yesterday and also treated myself to a couple glasses of wine with a friend last night🍷 I woke up this morning and felt like getting a good sweat in 😊

I brought the kids' bikes to one of our nearby trails. The trail is .5 mile long and goes around a pond. We made it around twice, I jogged while they rode bikes, but of course they wanted to stop and explore. So I did this circuit 3 times while they played.
.
1. Side shuffle squat OR in and out squats x30
2. Reverse lunge with hop x15 per leg
3. High knees x20 per leg
.

My second day on the brag board. Wednesday I ran 4.2 miles in 30 minutes which is my fastest and longest yet. Today I completed 9 rounds of run-rows and a 200 meter row in 30 seconds. Making pretty good strides in my game. 🔸 rest 1-2 minutes after all of them ⠀

Plank knee pulls in (20 sec each leg!) ⠀
Reverse inchworms (baby steps as far up as you can walk & back!)]⠀

On the push-ups + planks you can do them just on the floor OR at an incline to modify 😁
sometimes I like to just keep the dumbbells for momentum. ALSO, holding them instead, sometimes alleviates pain that occurs occasionally with my baby wrists 👶🏼
I sped the video up but you do want to try to get as many reps as possible in the 20 seconds!
