BERRY SMOOTHIE Sunday 💗 this is my go to smoothie. It’s loaded with antioxidants to keep you healthy and radiant ✨SERVES 1- 2✨
INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup frozen raspberries
• 2 frozen bananas • 1 cup of coconut water
• 1 cup of ice
• 1 cup of orange juice
METHOD
1. Add all ingredients into a high-powered blender.
2. Process for about 60sec (60sec, speed 10) or until smooth and pour into a glass.

I think there’s a misconception that you can only work your legs in the gym. Here’s what it is guys - anytime you use your legs in a repetitive motion that’s leg day. For example running, body weight exercises etc... Ps....Where was you when this tune blew up the club scene 🤷🏾‍♂️ Trx Leg workout:

DIETA DA BRO?!🤔...Ultimamente non mi viene più da sperimentare in cucina e per questo posto poco. Sto ritornando al periodo in cui davvero ho proprio voglia di mangiare semplice, in cui sento che è questo che il mio corpo richiede. Non so perché ma mangiare riso, pollo, broccoli e tutto ciò che di solito viene classificato come "dieta da bro", e mangiarla ogni giorno, ad ogni pasto, mi rende davvero appagata. Per la verità considero più questo come mia normalità, e lo sperimentare come una fase 😂. A me piace essere ripetitiva e costante, a me piace mangiare "leggera" anche se monotona fino allo sfinimento (per gli altri) perché è così che mi sento bene dopo. Ho sempre sofferto di mal di stomaco, ho sempre sofferto di bruciori e reflussi che mi causavano pancia gonfia e dolorante...e ora?! Ora finalmente mangio tanto e sto davvero bene. Sono talmente sensibile che persino alcune farine aromatizzate mi danno fastidio, per non parlare di alcune salse zero o dei bolero!🙊(quelli mi stendono proprio). Per questo sto preferendo non fare la figa con le ricette e seguire solo il mio obiettivo che di certo non è essere una fitchef (anche perché non sono brava come tutti voi che siete qui attorno). Quindi perdonatemi se sarò più assente, se così si può dire😂. Voglio focalizzarmi solo sui muscoletti, sul mio percorso e sui miei scopi. Se poi volete idee da realizzare con ingredienti suuuper sani, super semplici, super da bro, allora potete chiedermi 😂😂. L'ho detto già altre volte che con la mia tecnica di mix improvvisi riesco sempre a cambiare piatti senza neanche accorgermene!! Ma dopotutto si vede anche dalle foto che ho sempre postato fino ad ora che seguo una linea molto naturale e semplice🌼🌻. OVVIAMENTE DA GOLOSA NON ABBANDONO I MIEI PANCAKE, ANCHE QUESTI PIUTTOSTO SEMPLICI...E GLI SGARRI... CIOÈ...GLI SGARRI🎇🎆🎉🎊🎉 (perché se il corpo li richiede allora bisogna ascoltarsi anche in questi OGNI TANTO). In generale bisogna capire cosa il corpo ci chiede. Magari tra poco mi chiederà una super pizzona e niente...ciao ciao zucchine e pollo😂. ➡️ASCOLTATEVI SEMPRE❤️

I know I say it a lot but there are somethings in this world you just can’t turn a blind eye to. I’m not here to call out people whom are on a meat and dairy diet but to inform. I was in your same shoes just months ago and it was a hard pill for me to swollen when I realized what I was contributing to. Like I’ve said I am a facts and science guy and the facts and research is there to back it up. -
So if you don’t believe me, I implore you to find the answers yourself and rethink your choices. Not saying you have to make a change over night but to understand what the majority of us are contributing to on a daily basis.

Just a little something to post✨
*LONG ASS POST SOZ*


This week has just been about me relaxing and finding time to catch up with my head and what’s being going on in it these last few weeks and of course you don’t just feel good overnight, but I’ve enjoyed the week off hard work and stressing myself out and I’ve spent much of my time exercising and getting some reading done on gym related books(not as much as I had planned but that’s okay)😅📖 we all need time to wind down every now and again😊 Although training was good, I’ve definitely eaten over 100 cals every day this week....just can’t stop picking at food😂but again that’s okay! Because I haven’t had a set cheat meal so this isn’t going to damage me because I guess it’s how I cheat? As long as I know to stop and I have today! Remember the 80/20 rule😌


My training is going to have big changes for the next 3 or 4 weeks as I’m coming away from heavy lifting and barbbell squats etc and focusing on mobility. My hip flexors, I.T band and upper body have been getting really tight lately and my trainer and I have taken it as a sign it’s time to wind down. Our bodies can only take so much heavy lifting and constantly pushing yourself. Don’t get me wrong I’ll still be pushing myself because we should never put limits on ourselves but training routines are going to be very different. Then once it’s all over I’ll be back and I’ll be ten times stronger😉even if it’s only for two weeks or so I think it’s important we all do this with our training from time to time to allow our bodies to catch up with itself! Today’s training gave me a bit of insight to what it would be like and it’s not like you’re going to stop growing or you’re going to need to cut calories etc! You’re still going to grow just as much and make progress with the same nutrition! If you haven’t seen my today’s leg session check my story and you’ll see what I’m talking about😊
