2️⃣ Year old me ⏩⏩ 1️⃣4️⃣ Year old me ⏩⏩ Present Day 😈👊🏼. I was the chubby kid that ate everything in sight with out a second thought. I was diagnosed with diabetes at the age of 8 after my brother passed away. I don’t lack incentive nor motivation. My life is the motivation and the fact that I wake up every morning not allowing a damn thing to stop me speaks volumes of my character. Fitness isn’t about being like him or her or anyone. It is about what makes YOU fit and makes you feel great about yourself! When it is all said and done, I will know that I managed my diabetes, killed every workout with a relentless mindset and continuously seek out new ways to challenge myself and push my body to new limits. Eating clean is a challenge but I gladly accept it. Meal prepping has become my favorite hobby and seeing what I can create in the kitchen to feed the gains brings me pleasure. Take an hour of your day and cook yourself foods that are good for you and supplement your body not take away from it. This diabetic is far from done, the journey is only beginning and I cannot wait to see what more success I have in achieving my goals through fitness. The one keyword of advice is... never rest in between, rest at the end & always remain humble. 💯🙏🏼🦍

I get a lot of questions regarding what supplements I take. So here's what my current stack looks like. ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ I take 2 multivitamins and 2 vitamin C tablets when I wake up in the morning. It's not always possible to get all of your required vitamins everyday - so I definitely recommend this combo to anybody in the fitness world. Plus the vitamin C is great for your immune system and fighting off sickness. Next, I take the creatine and pre-workout together before entering the gym. This helps to give my performance that little extra push. As I've said before - pre-workout is a beautiful supplement and I recommend it to anybody who wants to push their limits. I personally drink my BCAA's after my workout, and in the morning if I'm fasting. This supplement is extremely helpful for anybody trying to put on muscle - & again I'd also recommend this supplement to anybody in the fitness world. I typically drink my whey protein after the gym or throughout the day if I need a quick dose of protein on the go. I also take a scoop of vegegreens everyday with one of my meals because buying vegetables can be expensive and it's not always easy to get your 10-12 servings. Finally, I personally take digestive enzymes to help my body break down food easier. It was a good day to deadlift. Been two months since I maxed out on em. I decided to give it a shot. Got 425lbs/192kg up ezpz. I attempted 445lbs/201kg but failed 😅
