☝🏽As I suggest everyone should do - TAKE PICTURES!!! 📸 I take pics of my physique weekly and jot down my physique’s stats (e.g. weight, body fat, etc), along with my diet journal I keep using the MyFitnessPal app. All this helps me monitor my progress and keeps me accountable. Below is my latest sats as of today...

🙆🏽‍♂️ Height: 5’11 3/4 (possibly 6’0 based on the time of day)

📈 Weight: 194.5 lbs
.
📉 Body Fat: 14.5%
.
🍲 Eating: 6-7 meals/day to reach my macro goals (below). Breakfast is my largest meal of the day and each meal after gets smaller. Dinner is my smallest meal of the day (not counting snacks 😉) 💦 I drink about 6-8 16oz bottles of water daily 🛑 I don’t smoke. I don’t drink.

💊 Supplements: Protein, BCAAs, creatine, fish oil, multivitamins

🔢 Daily Macros: 2,700 calories + 304g Carbs + 61g Fat + 237g Protein + 2,000< Sodium

😅 Workout Routine: 🏋🏾 5-6 days of weightlifting + 🏃🏾 4-5 H.I.I.T cardio sessions per week

🎯 Goal: I’m currently in the midst of a very slow-paced clean bulk till the end of the year. Hoping to reach 195-200lbs and keep my body fat relatively low (15% and less)
