Jag längtar så otroligt mycket efter vår nu. Det känns som om jag ska gå sönder i denna grå trista tillvaro.

Hyresvärden kan inte göra något annat för oss och det enda vi kan göra är att fortsätta ringa störningsjouren om grannen inte slutar. Det känns ändå okej efter att ha pratat med de och fått bekräftat att vi inte gör något fel och jag tackar för att vi idag fick skriva på kontraktet för nya stället. Bara 70 dagar kvar tills vi är borta härifrån. Så nu är vi hemma igen. Det känns obekvämt men det får gå. Nedräkningen har börjat!

Imorgon ska jag på arbetsintervju och åh vad nervös jag är. Hur mycket ska man lämna ut om sig själv på en arbetsintervju liksom? När de ser glappet i mitt cv ska jag då säga att jag varit sjukskriven för utmattningssyndrom och att jag har en adhd, går i terapi och inte kan jobba för långa pass? Är det bäst att vara öppen direkt eller ska det komma fram sen? Åh vad jobbigt när man känner som att antingen tas det emot väl eller så får jag inte jobbet p.g.a. detta...

I’m starting to learn how to just let thoughts just go. I was good at it in high school, now I’m recalling. Meditation is hard for me because it requires so much effort to stop talking for my brain. But the other day, I just zoned out and stared where the ceiling and the wall meet. I just daydreamed for 5 minutes during my focus session (25 min focus, 5 min break). It was pretty cool. It was like watching very cool movie. It was fascinating because things were totally unrelated but I enjoyed very much. It’s just like how night dreams work: totally not making sense, but there is this energy.

When I’m anxious, it’s hard to do. I have to be in comfortable environment where I’m safe. Maybe it needs to be called awake medication.
.
My thoughts are very loud. It’s the loudest thing in my whole entire world. It’s non stop. I just have to learn how to take advantage of it. I know it’s annoying but at same time I do think it’s a gift.

I just need to move forward. So I will.
