So, two weeks ago I started my new job at @kettlebellkitchenuk and absolutely fell in love with their concept and how they want to help people feel good and eat good, healthy, clean food. Food which tastes incredible might I add. But since working there I have seen such a huge change in myself. These photos are 2 weeks apart.. I've not gone on a crash diet, not starving myself, but I am drinking lots of water, eating colourful, healthy and filling foods and am definitely seeing the benefit. I am going to the gym 5 times a week and I feel amazing. I'm not bloated, exhausted or sluggish, and it feels great. Heres to more training, eating better and feeling happier a lot more.
