I have been upset because I haven't been as successful in the scale victories. But this photo shows that the inches are definitely coming off! When I first started going to the gym, my thighs barely fit in the Pulldown. I can currently sit confortably. Success isn't always measured by a scale! ☺️

I’m trying desperately to be on the AM workout wave consistently. So my alarm went off at 5AM. I snoozed for a whole 45 mins and then said to myself, “sleep or summer body?” I mean I had full 7 hrs of sleep so I should’ve had no excuses. Then I checked in with my accountability group and folks were up, awake and putting in work. So here’s the result of me practicing discipline. ALL the weights, loops, sliders and even a toddler to get through today’s workout! Day 37/80 is DONE! So thankful for my 5am workout crew—up and at it early so we can take on the day! Is waking up at 4:40 easy—HECK NO!!! Is it worth its—HECK YES!!! I almost died when I realized we’re nearly half way through this program 👏👏👏 I can’t believe it. AHHHH now to move quick through the rest of this AM I have a FULL day and the. A very special weekend ahead of us!!! Me and the husband are getting away!!! Any guesses where we’re going/what we’re doing?!?! .
Anyone else’s kid still wearing Christmas pajamas?! We forgot about Valentine’s Day...maybe for Easter 🐣?! I’m not going to lie...when I see posts of kiddos in the season or holiday pajamas I think OMG How did they remember!?! I forget everything!

Happy Friday, guys!! And good morning 🌞. Fact of the day; it's not always pretty, but it is always progress. I took an impromptu break day yesterday. I just had too much on my mind at the end of the work day.. *sigh* So I went to bed early, got up early today, and knocked out Day 35 of 80, Total Body Core. Not gonna lie, definitely used my recent struggle to push even harder lol. Anger isnt always a negative, right?! All The Shoulder Work! Ahh! Lol every workout is still so tough, but I'm getting so much stronger. My positioning and pace is getting more in lined with Autumn's. I might just have to stick with these a.m. workouts. Feels pretty dang good! Followed up with Orange Recover, of course. Make today count!!

I was a bit naughty this morning! 🙊
My message therapist said not to work out before seeing her the day of my appointments but i still got up this morning and did a bit of cardio! I also treated myself to breakfast out, reading my book and working on the final details for my presentation! I had a non scale victory: my jeans are much looser around the waist than I remember!
I’m still soooo sore from Wednesday that full body will have to wait till tomorrow! It’s gonna be a busy weekend, but in the best way! Can’t wait to see a bunch of my favorite ladies!

I still woke up 30 min before my 5am alarm and was ready to start my day.

Friday's are one of my favorites right now.

AAA (Arms, Abs, 🍑) is no friggin joke! Especially following leg day. I'm sore AF.

I can't believe the mental shift I have seen since I've started focusing on ME.

I want to get up.
I need my me time.

AAA was an awesome workout! Hardest move for me was this high plank tricep kickback! I definitely need to work on my form in this one because my body kept wanting to rotate out. I was only able to do a few from high plank. I modified the rest from my knees.

Today’s workout focused on my arms, abs, and 🍑!! So what’s in my hand exactly? 🤨 Those would be the sliding discs used almost daily in this program...you could say we love to hate each other 🤣 These discs work my entire body with simple compact moves...and I love the burn but every exercise with these are HARD! 🔥 But hey, I’m getting killer results soooo...I’ll keep em’ around 😜 #feeltheburn
