The rear delts made an appearance during my arm workout today. I was not going to go, but had some free time so I took some pre workout and NX6 and went and did the damn thing. It feels so good finishing your lift when you didn’t even want to be there.

Here’s the lift:
Superset
•db hammer curls 3x15
•straight bar OH tricep extension (my fav!!) 3x20

Superset
•standing db curls 3x15(each arm)
•laying down ez bar skull crusher 3x15
.
•cable curls w/ rope 3x15 & 1set if drop set
.
•single arm cable tricep kickback 4x12
.
Superset •21s (ez bar curl -close, regular, wide grip all for 7) 3x21
• reverse grip tricep pushdown
