A good week of work done and dusted! I felt a bit flat this week so I listened to my body and took Wednesday off from the gym. I bounced right back Thursday and put in a great session today in my leopard print. Listen to your bodies and rest if you need to. Sometimes soul nourishment is just as important as physical training. It's Friday, I cant wipe the smile off my face 😃

Here's one of my favourite supersets that I do for fun on back days.
4x15 lat pulldowns (slow and controlled)
4x15 straight arm pulldowns (slow and controlled)

Try incorporating supersets to all training days to maximize time spent in the gym working the muscles instead of resting.
Just when the muscles thinks it's done, it's straight into the next exercise.

Add lat pull downs into your arsenal. Developed lats are the key ingredient for an awesome v-taper!

Doing it right ✅

•Thumbs over the bar ( this lessens the activation on the Biceps )

•pull with your elbows
-
•keep your back up right ( leaning back on decent engages the spinal erectors and upper back more than the lats)

•8-12 reps for working sets
