I told you guys in my last workout video that I hit upper body 3x a week and that was true. In order for me to successfully feel like I hit everything in a week for upper body, I rotate days of and triceps with chest, and just cycle back and shoulder exercises within those days. Here are 3 exercises I always incorporate into my routine, if you're looking to build some upper body gains 🙌🏼

200kg!!! Sumo deadlift. Heaviest so far

I fuc#ing did it. I've been setting goals for my next meet. I've been smashing my personal best. Not to blow my own horn but i f#$king killed it.
I have been training my fuc#ing ass off, physically pushing myself so hard during my sessions I want to vomit. I've been working my form, been doing my stretches, warming up and focusing my form to best of my ability. This is my longest post by far but an important one too me.
This is my 100th post. I started this instagram to grow my presense, I've in turn looked back at my videos judge my form, watch my strength grow, my focus and the sheer willpower I put into my lifts. This is my year and damn all you are In my way. Good evening DNA family. I’m starting to realize how much time I dedicate to working on my back and shoulders. Apologies on the speed of the individual clips. These workouts preformed are means to be slow and concentrated. As much as I love free weights, I would be going against my principles of familiarizing myself with different movements and motions regardless if the movement path is natural or unnatural. Hence why I use machines as well. I feel it is important to keep your training versatile and unpredictable. This is a code I live by.
