This past week was hectic for me, only made it the gym for a few short study-break workouts. But now I'm on reading week which means I finally have some time to relax! Today I tried out a different gym for a shoulder & tri's workout. It felt good to have a change of scenes and to not feel rushed during my workout! -

Ever since I got cleared for working out again after my surgery, I've been slowly working towards my goal of running a 5K again. I downloaded the Couch to 5K app again and started over from beginning. In January, I hit my goal of running 1 mile at normal pace. My next goal was to run 2 miles at normal pace by April. It isn't even the end of February yet and I managed to run 2.1 miles today. The things that can happen when your set clear goals for yourself and show up to do the work to achieve them. .
