Are you guys ready to be mindblown!?! Made these delicious crispy little dough cups tonight for dinner using only TWO INGREDIENTS. Yupppp,✌🏼. I was too lazy to make anything new to go with these so it got topped with left over chili from yesterday’s meal prep hahahahaha no complaints but my BF also repurposed the remaining cups for dessert filled with ice cream! 😍 Hold up thoughβœ‹πŸΌ Back to the main event. THIS DOUGH! Can you guess how I made it? Just guessss or swipeπŸ‘‰πŸΌπŸ‘‰πŸΌπŸ‘‰πŸΌ But if you haven’t swiped through all the pictures, I’ll just tell you here. It’s made with 1 part @goldmedalflour self rising flour and 1 part @fage FF Greek YOGURT! Yes, yogurt you guys!!! How insane is that?! I’m still mind blown by this tbh haha When I first came across this recipe, I was hella skeptical. β€œLike aight, yogurt to make dough? Stop playin! There is no way that can work, how would that taste? It can’t be that good. No way Jose!β€πŸ™…πŸ»β€β™€οΈ Buttttt I kept thinking about it and all the awesome things I could possible make with it (Bagels, Pretzels, Pizza, CINNAMON ROLLS!) and so I just had to try! Which led to this lol πŸ’πŸ»β€β™€οΈ I was really surprised how similar it felt to normal pizza or baking dough! Even my boyfriend who doesn’t follow macros or track at all LOVED IT and said I should make more things with it! Haha It was a bit sticky bc of the yogurt portion but dust a little flour and your good to go, just be patient with it. Some other things you could do with it are taco cups, breakfast egg and bacon cups, cheddar/broccoli cups, and so much more! I plan to experiment with this some more and probs gonna try the cinnamon roll recipe I’m developing for t this weekend! Happppppy to say that my New Years goal has actually stuck almost through the whole first month of 2018-- sad to say they usually last til the second week and then manage to get swept under the rug, and back to old habits I go!
Buttttttt I decided to make more reasonable goals this year!
Goals: drink wayyyy more H2o & stretch more!
It doesn't sound like much but I'm proud I've managed to stretch everyday and drink about two of these waters a day as well!!! My sister fired up the grill today to do some meal prepping and it turned out insanely good!!! She made a honey mustard chicken breast and beef burger patties. I rarely ever cook with beef during the week but we were craving burgers so we decided to have protein style burgers: extra lettuce, onion and jalapeΓ±os. No cheese, bread or mayo, but I didn’t even miss it😬😬

Talking about money is just one of those things that makes me uncomfortable and want to vomit. Being a full time college student who works three jobs is HARD. Really hard. I have struggled with deciding what to spend my time on: work or school?
Because to be honest, I understand what it’s like to not know how you’re going to pay for your tuition.
I understand how it feels to swipe your credit card and pray it goes through.
I understand the panic in wondering how the hell you’re going to pay for groceries this week.
I have felt the gut wrenching feeling of seeing your credit card statement keep rising.
I have felt that lonely feeling of missing out because you can’t afford to go to an event with your friends.
I understand the anxiety that comes along with money.
When I first started coaching I honestly did not know if I would ever make a dime. I had a fire in my heart to help others and come hell or high water I wanted to achieve that.
This past week the highest check I’ve received was deposited in my account from coaching. I felt like I was punched in the gut. It’s hard to believe I could make that much from helping others - something I am SO passionate about.
Take a second and think…what could $50 extra dollars do for you? Fill your gas tank? Buy groceries?
How about $200? Pay some of your tuition? A road trip? Just make you feel a bit more comfortable?
I never imagined I could do this β€˜coaching’ thing. Getting paid to workout and share my story?! Bullshit. But this job has turned out to be one of my greatest blessings and I can’t imagine where I would be now if I let my fear control me.
Don’t let your fear control you. Let’s do this together. What do you have to lose?

Recently I was watching one of @em_carey stories and she spoke about the morning before her accident. She said she was going to go for a run but decided she couldn’t be bothered! Later that day she had a skydiving accident and was told she would never walk again! (If you don’t follow this amazing girl you need to btw 😍) now she lives by the saying β€œif you can, you must”
