Hey Guys ! If you didn’t know already I have not been eating meat for last month and it’s been a challenge for me to get enough protein in my diet. After a bit of research and a call too my nutritionist, I found that there are many, many vegetarian/vegan friendly options out there with plenty of protein in it. I have managed to keep my protein intake high with the help of theses foods and without eating meat !

1. flat DB press: 5 Sets with max weight for 8-12 reps
2. incline barbell 3 sets after every set RP 8-10 reps
3. butterflymaschine 5 Sets 10-12 reps after every set contract the muscle for 30 seconds
4. DB Pullovers 8-10 reps 5 sets
