Este es el estado que muestro tras siete meses offseason, los resultados y sensaciones están siendo muy positivas ya que se está cumpliendo el objetivo principal que es meter carne de calidad sin ponerse foqui. Actualmente estoy con 2500kcal high carb/low fat los días de entreno con la siguiente distribución:

PreWO pan/cereales + whey y creatina
Intra bcaas
PostI whey y creatina
PostII arroz y pavo/poio + aceite de oliva + vegetales al gusto 'Merienda' whey
Cena burguer o huevos/atún y fruta (platano piña o kiwi) + aceite de oliva/nueces + vegetales al gusto
Prebed qfb + copos de avena
En cuanto al entreno estoy rindiendo a un nivel muy superior al del 2016, actualmente estoy combinado fuerza/hipertrofia con distintas técnicas como series cluster, rest pauses, dropsets etc. Están siendo entrenos muy intensos y con un alto volumen de trabajo por lo que la duración de los mismos gira en torno a 1:45-2:15 seis días a la semana y con frecuencia dos en porra (las semanas anteriores la frecuencia 2 fueron en pata). Aún queda todo el 2017 de subida y la cosa pinta bien gracias a la mentalidad de trabajar duro día a día y a la ayuda de mi preparador @cristianalvarez_ ya que para ser el mejor hay que trabajar con los mejores.
