I consider myself to be just as beautiful and am just as confident wearing little to no makeup, having my hair in a messy bun and covered in sweat just as much as when I am glammed up, dolled up and wearing extravagant and elegant apparel!
Because beauty should come from actions and inner beauty just as much as any exterior beauty!

WORTH A READ
Looking and feeling good is one of my top priorities, if I feel good my confidence goes through the roof! I started lifting when I was at school with my friend @mitchell.vernon , it was something for us to do after school and not many people were doing it so we felt jacked. I joined the army and lost all my gains... -
after the army I moved to Australia and I was unhappy with how I looked, I didn’t want to go to the gym, it seemed easier to sit a home, I paid a year upfront so it would force me to go, I went for the first time in years and trained arms, I couldn’t move my arms for weeks they hurt so much. That bad experience put me off the gym for a few months, until I still had no friends, I was still unhappy with how I looked and realised the only person who could change it was me so I picked myself up and went again, I stayed consistent for a weeks, and started seeing changes in myself and I was getting so many compliments!

At that point it was an addiction, It was a way to channel my aggression, I felt calmer, more confident, self driven and more focused!

The gains are just a bi product, The positive output of this story is the way I felt after I had made change, I became a lot calmer! At this point I realised I loved it so much not because of how I looked, but the way it made me feel.

If you are struggling to make change, you are the only person who can make it happen, stop making excuses as @garyvee would say and get off your fucking ass and make it happen, once you realise you have the power to do anything, you are free...

💪🏻How to Get Big Arms 💪🏻

People often ask me about my arms and how I have grown them over the years. More specifically they ask me how I got the veins that I have. Truth be told it is somewhat genetic. I have always had a solid bicep. My arms were really small back in the day, but when I would flex my biceps would pop out. Like little golf balls lol.

That being said, arm training has always been a priority for me over the years. A lot of people see arms as almost a day off, or a "fun workout." Don't get me wrong I love arm day, but my workouts are still hard and intense. I always included compound movements that leave me in pain. 😫

Don't make the mistake of just going through the motions when it comes to arms. Don't let them become an after thought after you have "finished" your workout. Make them a priority and train heavy as well. Hit them at least 2 times per week and you will see them grow 👌🏻💪🏻
