Comida decepcionante en Lomo Alto, un restaurante que supuestamente apunta a la excelencia con respecto a las carnes pero que, inexplicablemente, falla en su principal cometido. Aun así, no todo es tan malo: los entrantes están ricos y el postre también.
La carne de la izquierda es ternera de 1 año madurada 30 días, mientras que la de la derecha tiene 10 años y ha sido madurada 80 días.
