Well, I’d be deserving of a bag of dicks if I gave you all these ideas without sample workouts. These hit heavy compound lifts to build strength then gradually increase reps/volume to trigger muscle growth.

Here are two different days for a natural lifters. You can alternate these in an A-B-A-B schedule.

Monday: Day A

Wednesday: Day B

Friday: Day A

Sunday: Day B

Caveat: Once you get STRONG LIKE BULL it will get tougher to recover from total body workouts, especially if you’re lifting heavy.

•When I went to the gym I always just wore a tank top and even when I was a skinny kid with no muscle I would flex and always keep checking my body in the mirror. •Months ago when I started to train with my mentor, a old school bodybuilder, I made a choice of a simple discipline and decided to always stay covered in the gym.
•Every now and then I take the shirt off and do a check 👀😊 I still have years of training ahead of me but it’s nice to know my work is paying off.

Two weeks into barbell benching again and larges are starting to feel like schmediums again. Benching twice a week again should yield some solid progress. 240lbs for 4 x 6 today felt easier than expected, excited to get closer to some big kid weight again. Tiddday Tuesday with some delts and tris at the end was a pectastic way to get the day rolling.

🐺My 'Cutting' Checklist🐺

When I'm cutting down, for a show or just to see my abs again, I try and focus on a few things that help me know I'm on the right track.
.
Weekly (Sometimes Bi-weekly) Body weight. Instead of comparing my day to day weight I compare it weekly to try and get more consistent data points.
.
Maintain strength/strength gains. While reducing my total caloric intake I try and focus on total workout volume and making strength gains (through compound movements). This helps me ensure my muslce are getting the necessary stress to stick around 😂
.
Protein, I keep that ish HIGH. Protein is the only macro nutrient that builds muscle. You need it.
.
Measurements. The number on the scale WILL stop going down (sometimes it'll go up 😂). So, I take frequent measurements of my waist, shoulders arms and legs. Since I hold most of my fat around my waist, I expect that number to drop more than my legs and arms.
.
Finally, I change my macros frequently, this is extremely important. In time, Your body will adapt to the amount of training and food you eat. To keep it in a fat burning mode you're going to have to increase your workout volume or decrease the total amount of calories eaten. If you want to get really lean, you're going to have to do both (in most cases).

To be completely honest I’m quiet shocked that I still have some size & definition showing when I hardly been training . Most average is once or twice a week of light training and eating either nothing or eating shit for weeks .
