#tbt Two years ago when I first started lifting, I was looking at those fit guys in the gym and thinking that I would never be able to look like that. hey guys i’m back! it’s been awhile, but i promise i’ve still been working out! just haven’t been getting many videos in 😅 but anyways here’s some from today’s bench session! i tried doing a new weight, 90x10! and then 95x8 which is a new record! i tried 105 and got two reps with that, i’m hoping to max out next week!! putting in the work everyday! 💪🏼 -

Bumped a couple weights up. Probably going to stay where they are for the next a couple rounds of chest. •
I want to make sure my form is 100% before I go any heavier. The last 2-3 reps were a bit shaky. And I had to pause to finish.

This program “Total Body Sabotage” from muscleandfitness.com is ruthless!!! This back/chest superset is intense! So...there is 5 sets total. The first set is 10 reps of the dumbbell row to incline db press than with 60 seconds rest. The next 4 sets are 8-12 reps with 60 seconds rest. I was definitely sweating my ass off after this!!! Crush it!
