Thank you SO much @amritabars for sending me your variety pack!! (9 bars total, 5 pictured.) Today I tried the Dark Chocolate Quinoa 15g protein bar today for breakfast & I was pleasantly surprised by the rich brownie flavor with Rice Krispie texture (quinoa). To me, it also carried a soft but dense texture, making me stay full longer. To say the least, I'm a fan! I will be doing reviews as I eat them, so I can enjoy them in moderation!

This particular bar is gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and high in fiber.

Who doesn't love roasted Brussels Sprouts? I try to add new veggies to our menu and this one is a hit in my household. Directions. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C). Place trimmed Brussels sprouts, olive oil, kosher salt, and pepper in a large resealable plastic bag. Seal tightly, and shake to coat. Roast in the preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes, shaking pan every 5 to 7 minutes for even browning.

Cannot handle how beautiful this is 😭😭 this is literally the first time I have craved non-savory, cinnamon sweet potatoes - so I acted on it! Has it really been a month already of #MealPrepSunday for me? I guess so! Was at Kroger today stocking up for the week, when I decided to go in a little bit of a different direction with my entree. Bought a bottle of teriyaki so I can add a bit of Asian flavor to my mixture of brown rice, broccoli, diced steamed baby carrots, and diced green bell peppers. Decided to keep both veggies constant this week, doing peas on one side and mixed veggies (corn, peas, carrots, green beans). As I told someone last week, this clean eating thing is not hard if you're not a super picky eater. Takes very little time to prep too.
