Zum Abendessen gab es heute Low Carb Truthahn-Mozzarella-Röllchen🌯
#rezept
Für die Rolle:
🌯 3 Eier
🌯 180 g Magerquark
🌯 100 g Mozzarella
🌯 Kräuter
Alles miteinander vermengen, auf einem Backblech gleichmäßig verteilen und im vorgeheizten Backen bei 180 Grad ca. 15 Minuten backen.

Für die Füllung:
🌯 Kürbis 🌯 Sonnenblumenkerne
🌯 Truthahnbrust
🌯 Mozzarella
🌯 Feldsalat
Den Kürbis in Brühe kochen bis er gar ist, zusammen mit den Sonnenblumenkernen im Mixer pürieren und dann auf der Rolle verstreichen. Mit Truthahnbrust, Mozzarella und Feldsalat belegen, nach Belieben würzen und zusammenrollen. In kleine Stücke schneiden und genießen. Die Füllung lässt sich natürlich beliebig durch alle möglichen Zutaten abändern.

Mit etwas Salat werden zwei Personen satt. 😋🌯🍲

This makes sense if we consider that the amount of muscle growth and muscle damage someone experiences as a result of training also decreases over time. .

All things considered, the general recommendation of consuming 0.8-1/g of protein per lb. of total body weight (goal body weight for obese individuals) will fulfill the protein needs of most novice, intermediate, and advanced lifters [4]. .

It's come to light in the news today that 1 in 4 girls as young as 14 are experiencing depressive symptoms. This is an incredibly scary statistic and whilst I'm not suggesting social media is the sole cause of this there's no doubt to suggest it plays a huge role. We have no idea who's receiving the content we're putting out and I think it's time we started to consider this. I personally try and share the days which aren't so great as well as the days which are as life isn't perfect (and I'm far from it too). Social media can be such a powerful tool (both for the good and the bad). I think we all need to be more aware of the content that's being posted and the messages which are being received. We can do this by being REAL, posting real meals, real portion sizes and unedited/ staged body image photos to help reduce the pressures which young girls (and boys- this message is applicable to all) are facing today. #wellnesswednesday

Yesterday outside workout 🙌 Brisbane weather was so nice once again so we decided to take the dogs to the big park close home and do a quick workout:
50 Walking lunges
50 Push ups
50 Squats
50 Running man
50 Static lunges
50 Crunches
50 Jump Squats
50 Dips
50 Jumping Jacks ➡Many assume that I kill myself training or I don't eat enough that's why I am lean. Well not ! The reality is other one. I often, since moved to Brisbane, struggle with motivation and spend days sometimes weeks without going to the gym and not training regulary like I used to do in Melbourne. For the other side you wont be lean id you dont eat enough, LOW CALORIE DIETS DO NO WORK, that's why I eat around 2500 calories (which 500g of it are carbs). Even if I don't train I always make sure I consume lots of healthy foods full of nutrients and always make sure I consume lots of carbs in order to make my body function properly.
Being lack of motivation is normal and everyone's goes through that but still you can make sure you nourish your body with the best food possible, eat your fruit and veggies, avoid process and high fat foods and even if not training there is no need for your body to put on weight as long as you nourish it with the right food 🙌
