Zubereitung 10 Minuten 500g Magerquark , 1 Backpulver, 90g Proteinshake , 370g Äpfel (zwei kleine), 3 Esslöffel Leinöl , 1Ei , Zimt , das ganze mit einem Mixer verrühren. Backblech im vorgeheizten Ofen bei 180 Grad ca. 15 min backen . Salads like this are a full meal in one. Never thought that I would actually be full on something like this, and will stay full until about lunch time tomorrow. I like to get 16 hours minimum betwen dinner and the next meal. (The bacon is my husbands) fun fact- I don't eat red meat.
