Oh my goodness!!!! This is the first time I've made this @explorecuisine edamame pasta from @thrivemkt and it was absolutely delicious!!! I used some spicy marinara with chunky veggies and topped it with @bragglivefoods nutritional yeast.

I had to have 2nds tonight...it's been a long day.

We had something else planned for dinner but we ran errands all afternoon and honestly we were just feeling run down. Plus...intuitive eating. So instead of a heartier meal we went with bone broth, white rice, arugula, and sautéed onion and carrots from our csa. Super unsexy meal but that's life! Not everything is instagrammable! But my belly is happy! This paired with some local fire cider and all the hydration should help fight off the touch of yuck I'm feeling. We've been loading up on lacto-fermented goods from our CSA as well because who doesn't need extra support, especially in the winter? Sleep will help too but we're in a bit of a sleep regression so ya know. Mom life and all that 😂. Don't be afraid to buck the dogma and do what works for YOU!

Los waffles mas esponjosos son los de @espressate_vegan 💕 La masa es de avena y quinua y se acompañan con 3 toppings. Aquí los acompaño con plátano, arándanos y chips de chocolate. También le pueden añadir helado y queda aun mejor. Lo que si me encantaría es que tuvieran la opción de echarle mantequilla de maní 😍 Con eso serian maravillosos. Igual estan super recomendados!
