If I only shares my triumphs, the good days, the high... you wouldn't get a real picture of my journey. You would get a fake version that would make it seem like this is always easy for me. And while I do love this lifestyle, and most days look forward to my workouts... today is one of those days that I really had to dig DEEP to get it done. πŸ˜₯

I ended up with a really bad migraine last night πŸ€•πŸ’«... I didn't sleep well and I currently still have it. I didn't want to get out of bed let alone workout. But I pulled myself up, for dressed and did the damn thing.... total body conditioning work done, done and DONE. It wasn't easy but I gave it 110% since I committed to getting it done no matter what. But I don't have that after workout high.... in fact I feel awful πŸ˜–πŸ˜ I don't regret getting my workout done tho!!! .
I have lived with this illness since I was 10 years old and I'm now 33.... That pain is invisible to others, it's not "just a headache" .... if you have never had one, or do not know someone that suffers, you will never truly understand how crippling this pain is. I know my body, I know what I can and cannot do when I have one... this a.m. I probably should have skipped my workout but I had that moment of its now or never and once I was in it I wasn't going to half ASS the work. I just stayed out of my head, I didn't think about the pain, I didn't think about what I had to do next or how long it was going to take. I focused on the move I was doing at that moment I did a routine that wasn't cardio, Plyo, or that contained any kind of jumping. Yes, I did have to take a min in between sets, yes I was sweating and breathing heavy but I didn't give up or give in, I pushed through!!! πŸ‘Œ
.
I just wanted to share that throughout this journey there will be days that test you, days that are harder than others, days that it doesn't seem worth it.... But that doesn't mean you give up, or walk away!!! Stay safe and listen to your body... You know it better than anyone else. Don't use a hard day as an EXCUSE to not workout when deep down you know you CAN!!!
