I absolutely love to use running as an adventure to get somewhere and do something, it makes it so much more enjoyable! So today @psole69 and I ran from our house to a little fishing village 12 miles away, which involves quite a few tough hills, to support fellow runners taking part in the #Scrooge face organised by Mudcrew Events.

If anyone wants a challenge this company organises some seriously tough events but the atmosphere and spirit of them are always brilliant!
I’m not brave enough to do this race as it involves jumping into far too@many freezing cold@muddy ponds....crazy that is all!!

Anyway, a great morning out before the rain has made an appearance again and enjoyed my absolute favourite cherry almond croissant from @cornishbakery - literally heaven!!!

Ignoring how tired I look I can’t believe how much weight I’ve lost. In such a short amount of time I have lost the amount of weight (17kg) I am holding in sugar! I can’t wait to have lost so much that I can’t even hold it anymore!

I know maany girls loove the look of being super thin and I respect everyone likes and dislikes because ultimately the most important thing here is for you to be happy with your body but most Important for you to be healthy!
That girl you see on the left was sooo hungry and also taking diet pills 🤦🏻‍♀️ and pls understand diet Pills are Not the same as fat burners specially the one I was taking, (that's another day's discussion)
I felt weak, sad, depressed all effects from not having a proper nutrition. The truth is I went from being overweight to the other side of the spectrum that is as dangerous as eating too much!
Both extremes are bad for your body!
I'm now eating 2000 cals of healthy meals not junk food meals the fuel my body with energy and life so I can be healthy for my family and also feel healthy not only physically also Mentally ✅
