Day 22:: Today I am going to talk about the disadvantages of Squats.
-- Though squats have lot of health and fitness advantages, they can be dangerous and risky.
-- If you dont really know how to do the right squat form, you can hurt your lower back region and also damage muscles in your legs. Another risky factor is that it can also tear knee joints.
-- Never begin with more weights or start doing more repetitions. It is not safe to bring your body under a heavily weighted bar especially when you do not know how to do it.
-- Squats are basically used to work with largest butt muscles( glutes ) and if you overtrain, you might end up with an oversized backside which can be unattractive.

No matter who you are - a beginner, an athlete , intermediate level fitness enthusiast, fitness model or a bodybuilder, performing squats is the most important part of your training routine as it builds strength in your legs and is a key to achieve your fitness goals easily and if you learn the proper form you can avoid the risk factors involved. #happytraining

Do not forget to warm up before you start and cool down post your workout.
