Body inflammation:

Have you noticed you can go to the gym, cut calories, not eat at night but still feel like you can't deflate around your tummy?

A Huge factor might be inflammation due to what your eating. Other symptoms can be digestive problems, skin problems, poor energy levels, the list goes on.
What are some of the culprits?

1. Sugar: soda, coffee drinks, candy, salad dressings, sauces (spaghetti sauce, condiments etc), yogurts, bread!
You'll be very surprised how much sugar you consume without realizing it!

2. Vegetables oil: Mayonnaise, salad dressings, barbecue sauce, crackers, bread, potato chips.
These contain high Omega 6 fats, which causes inflammation. The fat your looking for is Omega 3 which is anti-inflammatory.

3. Fried food: probably goes without saying

4. Refined flour: Pizza, white bread, crackers, pasta, pretzels, flour tortillas, breakfast cereals, bagels.

Refined flour breaks down I. Your body very quickly causing blood sugar levels to spike, causing insulin levels to spike leading to more inflammation in your body.

5. Artificial sweeteners: these interrupts your good guy bacteria causing more inflammation

There are other triggers or combination. BUT I'm sure your reading this saying what can I eat?

Sunday hike🙌🏽 I always feel amazing after spending time outside! I hiked up to the dam at Lake Clementine today, only to have it be closed. All my photography dreams were dashed when I saw it was just a spout of water coming out instead the awesome falls😂 Still a great hiking adventure! What trails are your faves?


The girl on the left: self conscious, depressed, drank/ate her feelings, cried multiple times a week. Until one day, she said F that noise and made the decision to change her life.
The girl on the right: over confident, happy, loving life. The major change here was simply the decision that I was capable of more than I gave myself credit for. I did actually have the willpower to eat healthy on a more regular basis and be consistent with my workouts. But more than that, I had the ability and confidence to help others in my same situation.
