Dealing with STRESS & BAD TIMES.😩😓

🌟In case no one has told you this lately... Go you. This is your Sunday reminder that you're doing great. 👊🏻No matter what came up this week - you showed up and gave it your best. And that's enough. Now it's about looking forward and asking how can I be a little better this week.

🌟Life is tough - so many highs and lows. So much happiness and sadness and stress. But how you deal with it can really make or break you. And part of that is showing YOURSELF compassion and knowing life isn't perfect and neither are you. And that's ok.
.
.
I didn't always deal with low times great. When stress came or I walked through valleys, I misused food and didn't respect my body through nutrition and fitness. I turned to wrong things. And I'm not even perfect today... even this summer when I decided to commit to my own business versus a typical #RD job, I definitely let my health get out on the back burner. but the FOUR 4️⃣ things that have helped me are:

1️⃣Healthy outlets for stress.
2️⃣Accountability for encouragement.
3️⃣A core group to keep you inspired and killing it in life.
4️⃣Faith in something greater than yourself.

Le squat est un exercice de musculation de flexion des jambes partielle ou totale. Il sollicite prioritairement les fesses et l'avant des cuisses. C'est un exercice technique de base de la force athlétique avec le soulevé de terre et le développé couché. Faire des squats est bénéfique pour la santé globale au point d'être préconisé comme geste vital pour devenir centenaire ! 🔑 Le squat peut aussi être réalisé avec des haltères et les jambes serrées, avec des kettlebells et les jambes un peu écartées, le goblet squat, ou très écartées, le sumo squat avec haltère, au poids de corps ou avec un simple bâton sans charge additionnelle😽😽

Given the right foot strength, stability, and mobility, training barefoot or with minimal support shoes can actually be beneficial. In addition to chucks there are many other options here similar to the new balance minimus pictured above.

🚅Weightlifting shoes provide a raised heel and thus decrease ankle mobility requirements for lifting. They can be helpful for deeper squatting as well as Olympic lifts from the floor.

⚓️Many people benefit from running shoes and more support when doing longer duration medium or high impact activities such as running or repetitive jumping. The purpose of a heel counter and running shoe design is to support the foot in gait and locomotion. Their malleable and adaptive soles are not ideal for weightlifting.

🥇Le squat jump🥇
comme son nom l’indique, est un exercice qui combine un squat et un saut vertical. Il cible particulièrement les muscles de vos jambes et vous permet de gagner en tonus musculaire. Comme tout exercice pliométrique, il est idéal pour gagner en explosivité et en puissance.

Si vous le réalisez à intensité élevée, il permet aussi d’améliorer vos capacités cardio-vasculaires. C’est pourquoi il est très souvent intégré dans vos séances de HIIT, ces moments cardio de votre entrainement 🔑Position de départ : pour bien débuter vos répétitions, vous vous tenez debout avec les pieds écartés à largeur d’épaules. 🔑Le mouvement : pour le squat, inspirez en poussant le bassin vers l’arrière et en fléchissant vos cuisses, jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient parallèles au sol. Ensuite, pour le saut vertical, expirez en bondissant afin d’aller le plus haut possible. 🔑La réception : veillez à bien atterrir sur l’avant des pieds en amortissant au maximum le choc, pour cela pliez les jambes et poussez les fesses vers l’arrière. Le reste de l’impact est ensuite amorti par vos talons qui touchent à leur tour le sol. Le mouvement est terminé, vous pouvez enchaîner avec d’autres répétitions.

🥇Presse à cuisses🥇
Cet exercice de musculation sollicite les muscles des cuisses et les fessiers. Il est considéré comme moins risqué que le squat à la barre car la charge est répartie sur l’ensemble du dos grâce au dossier de la machine. Il n’est cependant pas impossible de se blesser dessus si on pousse n'importe comment. De plus, les presses à cuisses sont souvent mal conçues et ne correspondent pas à toutes les morphologies ce qui peut poser des problèmes.
🔑
Se placer sur la presse à cuisses, pieds sur la plateforme écartés de la largeur des épaules, pointes de pieds vers l'extérieur, dos et lombaires bien calés contre le dossier. Tenir les deux poignées qui se trouvent de chaque côté. Décoller la charge jusqu'à ce que vos jambes soient presque tendues mais sans les tendre complètement. Ne pas bloquer les articulations en fin de mouvement. Revenir à la position de départ mais arrêter la descente avant de décoller le bassin ; il ne faut pas arrondir le bas du dos !
🔑 Variantes
Des variations sont possibles en jouant sur la position des pieds et l'écartement des cuisses.
Si les cuisses sont très écartées et les pieds placés en canard, on cible l'intérieur des cuisses.
Si les jambes sont serrées avec les pieds droits, cela sollicite plus le côté de la cuisse (vaste externe).
