The number one project you could ever work on is you. Do what is important to you, no matter what it is. It doesn’t matter if we’re talking about school, work, or fitness, do what you feel is right and what makes you content. A key to success from what I have witnessed is having the right type of outlook and attitude to wake up every day with the confidence that you can accomplish anything you desire. Not everyone is going to approve of the decisions you make, that’s ok, that’s just the way the world turns. I've grinded the last 7 years of my life on my terms and seen a tremendous amount of support and success from each and everyone of you. Remember, the right type of people will always support you as long as you are staying humble and stringing efficient forms of action regularly. Keep grinding, your actions are always going to be your message to the world 👊🏽

1) Don't pull with your arms. Turn your torso/trunk and let the hands follow.
2) Let the hands cross directly over the chest. If you go above or below then you'll miss that core engagement.

Today walking was definitely my exercise. I wasn't planning on walking so much, but I just kept going until I felt at peace. Plus, now I was able to get all the lactic acid out of my body from my killer squat workout yesterday.

Day 16 - I am truly and utterly exhausted. For the past 6 years I’ve pretty much made exercise a part of my regular routine. With drastic change in my work schedule I’m finding it hard to adapt. If I didn’t make it to the gym every day a few years ago I would be myself up. Yes I do have goals and yes I agree you need to push hard to get results. I also know that if my body needs rest, it’s ok to rest. 2018 is about balance! .
