Fragt ihr euch bei Zeiten auch manchmal, wie ihr an diesen Punkt gelangt seid?
Vor kurzem stand ich doch noch in meinem kleinen "Homegym" mit meinen jungen 14 Jahren und Eiweißpulver war mein kostbarstes Gut!
Und nun stehe ich hier in der Öffentlichkeit und kann mein angesammeltes Wissen an euch weitergeben!
Ich bin sehr dankbar für all die Chancen, die sich mir geboten haben, für all die Menschen, die meinen langen Weg gekreuzt haben und eines habe ich nie vergessen: wo und wie ich angefangen habe.
Und heute noch stehe ich oft vor neuen Aufgaben und denke mir: wo wird das eines Tages hinführen?
Wenn ich damals in meinem Zimmer auf Arnie Bilder und in die Flex schaute um mein Ziel zu erreichen so haben sich mir heute noch viel größere Träume eröffnet.
Ein paar davon sind zum greifen nah, einige noch etwas weit entfernt.
Aber ich werde wie immer alles dafür geben diese Träume wahr zu machen!💪 Setzt euch Ziele - arbeitet hart dafür - setzt euer ganzes Herzblut hinein. Und dann wird es auch euch eines Tages treffen! 🔥

If you are expecting your measurable progression to always occur in a linear fashion then you are setting yourself up for some potentially upsetting results. While methods of tracking progress such as scales, tape measurements, performance in gym, and overall wellbeing are relied upon for the majority of time, this must be looked upon over more than a day or 2 time span

One or two weird weigh in results don't dictate your current standpoint. One or two poor gym sessions where you couldn't hit your numbers doesn't mean something is wrong. Going off track once in several months doesn't mean you are now back to where you started

We often get so caught up with what happens on a daily basis that we freak out at times. We see a high weigh in result and we can questions ourselves as to whether we done something wrong. We fail on one of our lifts and assume our strength is dropping or something is wrong

These are all elements that we will face in our journey. Providing you are following a process, a calculated one that is, sometimes you need to just trust the protocols you have in place and not overly concern yourself with what a few not so desirable days show on paper. We have many variables to factor in on a daily basis, and your most accurate representation of your progress should be determined over an extended period, more so than a few day span or even a week.

Guy A. You would see him in the gym for 3 hours, throwing some really lazy bicep curls and wondering around the gym trying to be social or bouncing from station to station.
All they are going to get is aching muscles and a really bad attitude.

Guy B. You see this guy focused. He's been there for 45 minutes, not stopped, following a strategically crafted programme, resting to the second and pushing his limits, in a controlled manner.

Which do you think is reaping results?
Which do you think has beem progressing steadily but surely since he started?

You need a plan. A QUALITY plan. It doesn't matter if you're hitting your body for 25 minutes or 1 hour and 25 minutes.
Just as long as the quality is there, your results will soon follow.

A good way to bring in down quality to your workouts is to start with a 'pre-fatigue' exercise in the largest muscle for the day. For example, chest day. Start with bench or flyes and cable chest flyes to bring some fatigue to your chest without the Tricep aching.
It'll really help your chest muscle fibres get their needed work before your arms are spent.
