I don't know if I'll ever get used to having a flat stomach...it is by no means perfect but it's Mine and I have worked my ass of for it to look the way it does...could it look better, sure, could I eat better, definitely...but life is short and I love food lol, therefore, I wake my butt up at 4am every morning and go workout 😂👌 I am almost 4 months post op tummy tuck...some days are better than others as far as swelling but most days I am still in shock that I am able to wear normal/form fitting clothing for the first time since I was 18! Be happy with yourself, work your ass off, and live life!!! As someone who spreads a message of living a healthy life it’s really hard when you don’t feel your best -
Now I’m NOT looking for an internet diagnosed because I’ve got that covered 😂
But I have to listen to my body now more than ever and it’s SO FRUSTRATING when you’re tired when you’re feeling off
But we have different seasons to our lives and this includes our physical journeys too -
We can’t always be in weightloss mode
We can’t always feel at the epitome of energy
But it doesn’t mean you let go of your health and toss it to the side

I pay more attention to my workouts and modify if I have to
I am making sure to eat the best I can even when I don’t want to
And cutting back on the foods I need to cut back on -
And the reason I share this is because you might feel like it doesn’t make sense to start a healthy journey now
Or it doesn’t make sense for you to care about yourself now
That it’s too expensive or inconvenient or you’re too tired or it’s too hard -
Your health matters and I KNOW if I wasn’t taking care of myself BEFORE and if I didn’t CONTINUE to take care of myself I’d be feeling completely differently. -
Don’t wait
Don’t tell yourself it’s not a good time because it will never be perfect until YOU decide it is ❤️

Y’all it’s been forEVA since I got a good workout in! After my cleanse I teetered here and there by doing some squats or pushups randomly but today I said this is happening!
I’ve been in a funky mood lately and letting people get to me and create that funk in me. I enjoyed my mama’s pies and some wine and feeding that funky feeling! Then it dawned on me! No wonder I feel this way! I’m not fueling my body the way it needs and I wasn’t exercising! The two things my body craves! Moods are based around those two things regardless if you believe that or not it’s TRUE!
The way you feel, your skin, your hair, your mood, your anxiety, your depression, your gut ALL is based around what you eat and if you are in motion or not. Your body reacts the way you treat it, good or bad.
So I pushed play today with my trainer Shaun T and felt amazing afterwards and it gave me that feeling of accomplishment.

So many push ups this week, even with these push up handles I’m so bad at them. I’ll get there while protecting my wrists and getting the same range of motion to keep strengthening.
Followed by an amazing 90 minute massage and I feel even better.
Bring on the post massage soreness, he really worked on my knees, legs, glutes, IT band and iliopsoas muscle. Yowzers it was a good discomfort.
Drinking a lot of water and making sure I get to bed early tonight. 5:00am comes so quick!
