Before starting my new program I was anxious and even had a headache over it
BUT
I planned my schedule and got ready for my first day 🤔
As I ended the work week and go into the weekend I feel EMPOWERED because I PLANNED &
Stuck with it

There were some hiccups
HOWEVER
They happened unintentionally and I did not veer off the plan by eating sweets or unhealthy food that I normally indulge in periodically

I haven’t done a physique update in a while, so this is what I’m working with 4 weeks out from starting prep.
Weight: 127
Macros: Lift Days: 120 Protein/ 260 Carbs with 30-35G from Fiber/67 Fat
Glute days: 120 P/ 325 C/ 60 F
Non-Lift Days: 95 Protein/220 Carbs with 30-35 from Fiber/78 Fat
Coach @lauren_fit has been steadily increasing my carbs over the last month, and just added in a high day on glute day so that we can hopefully see some more booty gains before prep starts. My macros have increased every week, I’ve had more than my fair share of cheat meals (and cake) and I’m only up a pound over the last month. I’m in the gym consistently 5 days a week, and that will go up to 6 soon. I’m doing 2 20 minute cardio sessions a week, and I’m feeling awesome. This has been the most consistent improvement season I’ve ever had, probably because last season lit a fire under me! We never were able to figure out how far we biked today but we started around 1pm and finished after 5 with sun all the way there and riding against the wind on the way back. It was not easy but we really had a great time...and we’ve never been surrounded by so much sand in all our lives 😊

I've been having some serious body image issues due to my Body Dysmorphia, but I am taking the steps I need to take in order to push past this bump in the road. This episode is lasting longer than normal, but my mind is dealing with new muscle gain, added stress with class, and more responsibility at my job.

My ways to battle the BD thoughts:
🌈Giving my absolute everything at the gym. When I think I'm pushing myself, I push myself harder
🌈Getting back on the 80/20 train, and I'm putting better foods into my body
🌈Wearing clothes that make me feel uncomfortable (kinda weird but it works)
🌈Repeating my mantra when necessary
