Letztes wod für dieses Jahr wäre dann auch geschafft 😎💪🏽 ich konnte heute meine neuen Handschuhe von @affenhand einweihen, die ich von meiner Schwester @inesedith zu Weihnachten geschenkt gekriegt habe 😍 und direkt verliebt ❤️. Ich hatte mega guten Grip und meine Hände sind weder aufgerissen noch taten sie weh o.ä, selbst bei den Bar muscle up‘s sind sie ungeschädigt geblieben. Ich habe jetzt schon einige getestet und finde DIE bis jetzt am besten. Absolute kauf Empfehlung, wer noch auf der Suche war 😜👍🏽. Morgen gehts nach Sylt zu meiner lieben @kimmieous 😍❤️. Continuing my month of new activities, I did my second one this evening: #PoleDancing lessons. Absolutely loved it! Whilst I did try to unfortunately mount it occasionally and smack into it, it required tremendous upper body and core strength, so I know what I need to focus on in my gym workouts going forward, as I’m definitely going to keep this one up!
I’m going to be feeling it tomorrow, as well as watching my legs and arms go all shades of purple and blue.

9 x swing cleans

5 rounds of the above followed by a ten minute EMOM of 5 x pull ups and 10 x press ups.

2. One legged lunge + Squat ( x10 per leg)

12 x 1 goblet squat (20kg)
12 x 3 goblet squat (24kg)

Friday night swing ladder to finish off a lower body workout! There’s no better way to realize your potential with how much you really can swing. We tend to get comfortable at a certain weight and stay there. Challenge yourself with a ladder and progressively move up in weight as you simultaneously move down in reps. Then reverse it! Once you swing those heavy bells and move down the ladder to your comfort level you’ll realize how light those bells really are! In order to see results and continue to grow, you have to challenge the body!
