Ever since Alex and I started dating, we knew distance wouldn’t be easy. I’d be lying if I said moving to Chicago hasn’t been in the back of my mind on a daily basis for the past year. At first it was scary (okay, it still is) but as each day goes by, it seems like more of a possibility🙈 .
When I was working in corporate still, the thought of having to relocate and find a new job there made my stomach turn 😷

I had NO CLUE what I wanted to do with my life and I didn’t want to pretend like I did while going through the interview process. I didn’t want to convince someone I was the best person for the job, because not even I believed that. I spent a lot of nights thinking if this was really it. If I was just supposed to jump from corporate job to corporate job to “gain experience.” (Experience for what I might add?! A job I didn’t want anyways 🤷🏽‍♀️) it wasn’t until the reality of coaching full time became more real that the knots in my stomach went away. .
Each time I visit Alex it seems more real. More real that I get to move there and work at all the cute little coffee shops in Chicago ☕️ more real that I don’t have to go through the interview process again, knowing it’s not where my heart is anyways. .
I’d be lying if I said it was easy listening to my heart, in more ways than one, but that doesn’t mean I stopped listening 💞 if your heart isn’t in it then what’s the point? Are you living for a paycheck or for your purpose?

Get your sweat 💦 on! Felt good today accept my right arm was acting up. Tendons in my shoulder were rolling due to chronic inflammation, nerve pain was pretty awesome, hand goes numb sometimes and the tendons in my wrist were really lax. Gotta love having to modify some days for one or more extremities😉. .

I was once told by my sister @katelynnbeldin that you should write down every workout you do. I never really took it seriously until well...now. But more importantly these pages are filled with lots of different things you can do.
A few things to note about these:

1. I put lifts in here I HATE doing but know they will make me stronger.

2. Every single body is different and don’t expect my lifts to be the best for you.
3. Make your lifts fun! If you enjoy what you are doing then the things you hate are easier. 😘😍💪🏻🏋🏼‍♀️ #kam #getmoving
