#glutelife

Do you know most of our glutes are β€œturned off” from sitting on them all day long. They’re a prime mover muscle, meaning we use them walk, to run, they’re a part of our core to help support our body... let’s turn them back ON, get them fired up πŸ”₯ baking πŸŽ‚ and get them functioning right... uhm not only will it look better πŸ‘but it’s GOOD FOR US! πŸ’¬
β€œPREVENTING GLUTEAL ATROPHY

Working your glutes even once per week is enough to prevent atrophy and save your precious muscle tissue. You don't even have to do heavy weightlifting exercises; all it takes is a few simple bodyweight movements that are safe, even if you're injured.

GLUTE BRIDGE

This exercise is safe for your back, knees and upper body. You can even do this exercise in bed.

How to: Lie on the ground on your back. Bend your knees and plant your feet flat on the ground two feet in front of your butt. Drive through your heels and press your hips up into the air as high as you can. Lower your butt back down to the ground to complete the rep.” ~ By Henry Halse @livestrong_com 🍰
I use Bands, sliders or weights with most of the moves for extra UMPH! And I did some extras this morning too! #glutelife #glutelove #bootybuilder #bootybaker #bootyburning #slimandstrong #babeswithbands
