With arms (especially mine) being such a small limb body part, a great way to force more hypertrophy is to overload them with a pump. There are certainly some interesting techniques like BFR (Blood Flow Restriction), drop sets, and rest-pause. I like super setting bi’s and tri’s so while one muscle is resting, there is an overflow of blood from the working side spilling over. So even while my biceps rest there is blood still being pumped in there! πŸ’ͺ

(Supplements only come into effect when solid nutrition is in place.)

5. Determining body weight changes as the only means of progress is a sure way to distract and possibly stall you!

6. You can't cheat your way to a better body!
(A 'quick fix' approach will 'quickly' backfire)

7. Monitor power & strength output in line with physical changes.

The perils of deadlifting again!
Had a pretty tasty leg session comprised of Deficit Deadlifts @ 70% 1RM, Romanian Deadlifts, Hip Thrusts, Leg Press and Hamstring Curls. Tried to hammer the posterior chain a little more today and Romanian deadlifts always give my hamstrings DOMS for days so we'll see what tomorrow brings!
