I've been inspired by the programme SAS- WDW! Every human is breakable but we mentally give up before our bodies do, you can keep going if you can get over the mental barriers in your mind! You can do anything you put your mind to if you don't decide to quit when it gets tough. If you can master our own thoughts and keep doing what your doing regardless of what you hear others saying and when your at your weakest moment saying I can't let that little voice come in and says you fucking can now get up and move! Found my 20th birthday dress 😐
Decided to put this bad boy on just to see and lord it felt sooooooo loose. I was probably 195lbs back then (yeah I know insane). Today I’m around 160-165 (weight does fluctuate)
However, the number on the scale does not define you as a person. Since then I’ve gained a lot of muscle, legs have gotten stronger/ thicker, back fat is getting smaller, tummy is slowly going down. I’ve grown mentally and physically as well.
Weightlifting has made me much happier, more confident in myself (odd thing too say, but I thank my Ex for that. Because I wouldn’t have gotten into fitness if it wasn’t for him. So kudos too you!) Your doing better than you think you are. You are braver than what you believe. Stronger than you seem. Smarter than you think. & loved more than you know. 💗💪🏼

To find a solution for removing belly fat, you have to realize why we have abdominal fat in the first place. The body stores fat as a reserve, but there are limits to where it can be kept.

The stomach provides one of the most available spaces, along with the backside and thighs. However, how your body distributes around these areas is reliant on several factors, including your genes, hormones and diet.
.
To remove the layer of belly fat over your abs, you must eat in a caloric deficit, or eat less calories than your body requires to stay the same weight. The easiest way to do this is to write down everything you eat in a typical week, and then calculate your average daily calorie intake.
.
From this average, subtract 300 to 500 calories, which will make sure you are getting less, not more, than is needed. In addition to resistance training, introduce a little extra cardio into your workout to ensure you are burning plenty of calories each week.

It's as simple as that! You don't need any fat burners. You don't need any fit chick booty teas. You don't need a waist trainer.
.
Lastly, be patient! It probably took you months or years to gain the unwanted body fat, so give yourself time to burn it.
