How's you're weekend going? Well 🤣 we got new platforms and legit power racks and so I had 3 choices in blessing them: A) attempt a PR. B) go normal. C) lift and fail. Apparently I choose C.

#Squats #445lbs x3 reps and #fail on the 4th. Bw is low 186.1 lbs. Even super heros fail sometimes 😂 This actually isn't good. I did 465x3 just three weeks ago. And I've done multiple 445x4 sets. This means I'm down literally 20 lbs off my PR sets. I blame the interference my back issues have caused. I haven't been able to really squat normal and deadlifts I've skipped about 4 sessions in the pass two months (literally only one DL sesh a week). And then I missed an entire week last week. The accumulated effect is piling on. And it gets worst. Wait until I post my deadlifts videos. ------------------------------------------------------------------------
But the two bright sides to this. 1st is I failed and didn't die. And this is giving me confidence I can really push it on this rack (aka attempt high PR set, when ready). There's been several times I've failed on squats and have had some bad results: a rounding in 2014 that knocked me out 6 months and at the minimum, lower back discomfort. Here no issues. I even did a second set of 445x3. The 2nd brightside is No Back Spasms here or on deadlifts and none when I work up today. If I can stay this way, I'm going to make a come back. ------------------------------------------------------------------------
