Smothie: 2 bananas, 2celery branches, 1 scoop of @vivolife salted maca caramel flavour, 1/2 beet, 2 dates, almond milk and water
Topping: oat flakes, wheat flakes, barley flakes, sunflowers seeds, raspberries, blackberries, cherries, strawberries, red currants, kiwi, dehydrated coconut, raisins, cashews and cinnamon
Toast: 1 slice of seeds bread with homemade tomato jam and cinnamon (i’m addicted to cinnamon i know 😅)

82 lbs LOST!!!
From 3X (I was supposed to wear a 4x but I refused to buy them) to 1X shirt. From a size 50 to 38 pants! I started at 316 lbs and am now at 234. I needed to lose 145 lbs Now I only need 63 lbs to reach my goal weight! It's been two years. I have stayed consistent and it has been worth it. I lost the first 50lbs with no excercise (my ankles and knees would swell up) and the only diet change was based my hunger (my hunger and cravings were diminished, so I naturally ate less, though. I started making healthier choices to have healthier eating habits for when I reach my goal weight). After 50lbs I added extra steps every day. I started at 3k and slowly increassed it till 10k as I lost more weight. I started slow because I wanted to start creating healthy habits now that I could maintain. How did I get steps? By parking farther back in the parking lot, taking stairs instead of elevators, walking around the room I work in or just walking in place. Did I have plateaus? Yes. Some were short (a week or two) while others longer (a few months) But I stayed consistent, took my product, talked to my sponsor and started losing again. Now, I've added the reActivate along with the combo to my program and I'm looking forward reaching 100 lbs!

✨Cupcakes Fit de Cenoura com Cobertura✨, beeeeeem simples de fazer : 1 e 1/2 xícara de farinha de aveia (ou outra), 2 cenouras médias cruas, 2 ovos, 1/2 xícara de açúcar mascavo ou adoçante , 1/2 xícara de óleo de coco e 1 cs de fermento em pó. Bata no liquidificador: os ovos, as cenouras picadas, o açúcar e o óleo. Depois em um recipiente misture com a farinha e acrescente o fermento por último. Leve ao forno médio por +/- 20 minutinhos ou até dourar. Cobertura: 1 xícara de leite desnatado (ou vegetal) 2 cs de açúcar mascavo ou adoçante e 2 cs de cacau em pó. Leve ao fogo baixo e misture até atingir consistência. Renderam 12 Cupcakes. ❤️ .

What is a vision board? It is a snapshot of what you want to bring to your new year — a manifestation of some really powerful thoughts and ideas. It’s a small collage of anything you want and there really are no rules to creating one. Just be you and make it how you feel compelled to make it!

Just like goals, you want to set intentions for the new year. A goal is the end result whereas the intention is the energy behind how you are going to get there. So fill your vision board with powerful words and images that make you feel strong, empowered, happy, successful (or how you are defining your year). Focus on feelings around your goals and yourself and how you want to feel in the year ahead of your!

Cut, glue, lay out your vision board. Think of a word that will define your vision board, or break the board into four quadrants that focus on your primary foods: exercise, relationships, career and spirituality. Do what you feel is best for you, your vision and your future. You will need glue, scissors, magazines, maybe some markers or crayons. Whatever you want to use to get artsy!

Hey belezuras hoje nossa #pilulasdeluz ✨ vai ser diferente, uma foto linda e uma baita reflexão que fiz agora🙏🏼mais cedo comentei no stories que ontem não foi um dia muito animador, e uma seguidora perguntou como faço nos dias tristes?! 😏Diferente do que algumas pessoas podem pensar, nem todo dia eu acordo no clima de ALEGRIA, ALEGRIA, ALEGRIA (soltando fogos) 🤩🤩, mas mesmo assim eu faço o meu ritual matinal que inclui em falar com um sorriso no rosto ainda deitada e em alto e bom som ALEGRIA, ALEGRIA,ALEGRIA😆, porque eu vivo o que eu mostro aqui, eu sou o que eu falo; porém em sempre foi assim, eu já fui aquela: faço o que eu digo e não o que eu faço! Há um ano e meio minha vida estava do avesso, um verdadeiro caos e eu vivia a ponto de bala, sempre no talo, vivendo no meu limite; até que eu tinha alguns motivos, meu pai alcoólatra, insatisfações profissionais, tristezas profundas, um vazio sem cura, falta da minha mãe, falta de um companheiro, instabilidade financeira, entre outros motivos!
