Was a little sore from my nearly 3hrs of exercise yesterday, so today's workout consisted of a 30min progressive warm up on the elliptical followed by a 20min no equipment HIIT circuit to shake out dem muscles. Feeling strong and warm and swole now ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ *

Circuit 1 x4.
20 Squats with weighted side kicks.
25 Tricep dips with alternating kicks.
25 Resistance band bicep curls.
20 Weighted gluten bridge W/ alternating leg hold - 5 seconds.
Circuit 2 x4.
30 Resistance band tricep kick backs.
20 Sumo squats W/bicep curls.
10 bicep curls (heavy). 50 Bicycle crutches with weight.

I am NOT a cardio fan.... so for me... #HIIT style cardio is the way to go as it tends to distract me from the fact Iโ€™m doing cardio and can get it over quicker but still get a KILLER WORKOUT!! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’ฆ
