YAAASSS major #achievementunlocked this morning when I managed (after what must have been at a hundred tries) to kick up into my very first handstand! The happy chicken dance is a bonus hahahhahaha 🐔🤸

Granted, I only stayed up for a tiny fraction of a millisecond, but it was the first time I managed it at all! Lots more practice is in order to hold the handstand, of course, but it's a start 😊 .

Also, can you hear @funksoulbutter in the background saying, "Don't celebrate first, do another one." Such a hard taskmaster!! 🤣 #onlykidding Thanks for believing in me! .

The whole thing was only made all the sweeter by my being able to string 10 DUs in a row. For. The. First. Time. .

I’m BEYOND exhausted, getting out of bed lately takes a lot of motivation for me. I haven’t been drinking enough water the past few days so I feel so bloated and my skin is dryyyy. My hair is incredibly dirty and I need a trim badly. I have about 1,000 things on my to do list. But I’m happy.
I have great health. My husband loves me no matter how I’m feeling, or when I’m looking like a zombie. I have warm coffee. We have enough food, and clothes to keep us warm. And our dog is pretty great too💗 In order to release your worries and anxieties, just take inventory of everything that you’re grateful for. I promise you’ll feel better.

🤗Week 6 - Still Trekking on this cut… and it’s going well.. I really can’t complain… Slow and steady progress will rock the shit out of my goals!! I just changed my training schedule up this week… I added in some double days throughout the week to spice shiiii up. 💁🏽On my double days, I usually do cardio in the morning and lifting at night because I just signed up to a new gym which has better lifting options than my home apt gym… 😀Anyways, theres my mini update!
