Anyone recognize my breakfast? It invigorates Spleen, aids in transformation of damp and elimination of phlegm obstruction and gently cools. Mine is doused with turmeric, black pepper, cinnamon and coconut oil.

El ACEITE DE KRILL es una gran opción para obtener las grasas omega 3 que son esenciales para el cuerpo, afectan la salud celular y el ADN, por su impacto en las membranas celulares. 🔹Tener los ácidos grasos adecuados es crucial para mantener las membranas celulares trabajando como deben. Tanto el aceite de pescado como el de krill contienen grasas omega 3. i've been slacking on meal prep lately to be honest. i always manage to pull something together but it feels random & scrambled.
last night after work i spent two hours on it & now i have a fridge full of - cooked quinoa - black beans - roasted beets
- roasted potato & leek salad
- roasted cinnamon carrots 🥕(for breakfast)
- kale salad with lemon basil tahini dressing
- extra dressing

two hours might sound like a lot but think about quickly you can pass two hours watching tv, looking at your phone, or repeatedly opening your fridge trying to figure out what to eat.
time is a precious resource these days, so why not INVEST your time? spending time making sure you have healthy food ready to go is an investment in your physical health & mental wellbeing ✌🏻

Happy summer morning, Peeps🌞

Ah, it's the time for short shorts and lounging by the pool👙. The temperature is hot and the days are long.
In my acne-sufferage, I've found it to be extremely helpful to keep a healthy summer diet of more complex carbohydrates. Metabolic rate shifts into high gear in the summer, and that calls for faster burning carbs, like whole grains (quinoa), whole starches, and potatoes (red and sweet potatoes🥔). And I of course like to eat as many complex and fiber rich food (fruit 🍉and veggies🥒) throughout the summer. These metabolize clean, keep that gut healthy, and give much needed energy for the summer heat.

I'm not saying I only eat these type of foods in the summer. I just try to eat cleanly and respect my body's natural eating cycle☺
