Ein Gegengewicht, wodurch sich automatisch dein Rumpf anspannt. Man verlagert seinen Schwerpunkt und kommt leichter in die tiefe Kniebeuge.

Warmed up with some #frontsquats, 20 reps with just the bar. Then 95lbs for 10. 135lbs for 8. 185lbs for another set of 8, then 205lbs for a set of 4. Felt great. Switched it up to #backsquats and did a drop set of 4 sets of a 4-6-8 dropset with (315x4....225x6...135x8).
After the #squats... - step ups: (holding a 35lb #kettlebell): 4x8
- leg raises/Hammer strength crunches:4x20(70lb on crunch)

โœ”๏ธElevated change grip every rep push-up 8-12
โœ”๏ธHip thrusters (drive through heals) -20
โœ”๏ธ triceps dips - walk legs out for more resistance 8-15
โœ”๏ธOverhead squats with reference of table and twists 8-15
โœ”๏ธReverse hip lifts 20
โœ”๏ธPull through and back (if you can) pushUps -5-10
โœ”๏ธReg or Towel split swats 15 a side
โœ”๏ธ single leg hip thrusters 15 a side
โœ”๏ธ side sit-ups 20

So just did this as my morning hip health mobility routine before 5 hours of learning, kicking, punching, licking, tapping and knife/stick hitting...
And you ALL should include this โ€˜hip healthโ€™ routine in the morning or as a nice โ€˜warm-inโ€™ mobility progression to your more ballistic warmups and training
.
We are working hip-internal rotation and assessing over all hip health
.
Go for 5-10 SLOWWWWWWWW reps on each side.
And I mean super slow
ATHLETES, or those playing routine recreational spirits and anyone doing lots of running, cardio classes, dance or HIIT and lots of โ€˜plyometrics work, this is a must 1-2x a week
YOU MUST have a red point to help you so DO NOT do his without a wall or something to hold onto- as the point is NOT to make this difficult and balance driven, but simple to asses and build on your joints range of motion and functional strength-movement!

REMEMBER going fast and doing big box jumps and marathon runs WITHOUT this type of hands in work and attention to your body will simple break you down!

(ADVANCED WORKOUT!) While this is leg dominant you get a TON of core and even upper body work here as well;

THE PLYOโ€™s are ADVANCED/ DONโ€™T DO THEM IF
if you canโ€™tsquat correctly
Canโ€™t Squat with load
Have muscle imbalances
Overuse issues
Knee or hip or back pain
โ€”๏ฟฝ you MUST correct those imbalances before even considering adding jump training to your routine
โ€” ADDITIONALLY: jump training or plyometrics has to be specifically prescribed and executed: usually for a set of reps
โ€” feel free to substitute the jumps with stepping or if you got one with kettlebell swings ;)

THE WORKOUT:
5 total sets in a circuit of the exercises

So -- EVERY MORNING this week I will POST a Pistol Progression - HOWEVER!
You will do this (one video) 3x a week as described below for 2-3 weeks until you progress to the next one,
so Archive this series of Videos and Challenge yourself (if you are ready - read below to see if you are) to stick to the 8-16 weeks of progressions here to finally get that stubborn Piston goal in order!

HOW DO YOU KNOW IF (yes IF) you are ready for this challenge:
1. You have no overuse issues or muscle imbalances
2. No knee, ankle, back or hip pain
3. You can squat, lunge, lateral lunge loaded (with weight) and unloaded with no problems
4. You work both Unilateral and Bilateral motion in your lower body routine
5. You are ready for a new measurable goal
6. You have the will and discipline to dedicate yourself here

HOW TO USE THIS FIRST PROGRESSION
1. If you do our KB workouts at home (home fitness programs) then add this in the beginning of 2-3 workouts a week depending on your level of energy and strength
2. If you do your own training or work with our KB books and tutorials, do this 3x a week, 2x added to your total body or LEG workout and once a week as a stand alone 5 minute workout
3. take at least 2 days between!

HOW TO DO THIS 1st Pistol PROGRESSION
1. 1minute for mobility 1
2. 1 min for mobility 2
3. 1 min for wall mobility - rest 30 seconds - add one more minute
4. 4 sets of 5-10 reps of the assisted pistol (alternating sides)

Quick note -- the mobility should be done BAREFOOT! .

7. REST btw as long as you need
