Hay chicas que tienen la suerte de tener una buena genética y un super booty, a otras nos toca trabajarlo a conciencia para mejorar lo que tenemos. No para tenerlo como nadie. .eso con implantes y sin esfuerzo, salvo by cash 💸.
El otro día me preguntaron que ejercicios funcionan mejor? No soy entrenadora, yo sé lo que a mi me viene bien. El mayor problema, he estado entrenando cerca de un año el glúteo y ni me he enterado porque no sabia activar el músculo ni entendía aquello de #mindandmuscle. Trabajar..con sentadillas sin peso, patadas al aire, subir escaleras, saltitos varios tampoco es lo más efectivo.
A mi me cuesta mucho darle carga e intensidad, pero así es como entiendo que hay que hacerlo, calentar bien, activar el músculo hasta que 🔥y despertarlo con técnica, buscar el aislamiento, no odiar..sino más bien amar los ejercicios compuestos del tren inferior con barras y mancuernas. Sufrir, sudar, resistir y repetir.
Aun así queda años luz para tenerlo como a mi me gustaría, pero nada que con esfuerzo se consiga es inmediato. Día a día, hasta que mi entrenamiento de hoy. .sea mi calentamiento de mañana 👊💪🏋️💕🍑💕 #nostopme

Leg Day! Today it was weighted moves followed with the same move on a slider. This really gets the muscles working. 42 minute workout with 400 calories burned! Legs are a big muscle group so they do torch more calories.

After working with heavier weighted it’s important that you feed your body with the right fuel to repair and build your muscles. I drink a protein shake with BCAAs in it to help with this and also reduce muscle soreness. I have noticed my muscles are not as sore as they used to be since drinking it after my workouts. On a positive note for today, I could say that I love my current diet right now. Really trying to stay on top of my macros/ micros, but of course everyday isn't perfect. Its all about implementing habits that you can stick with for the long term. I've increased my calories and been feeling crazy strong in the gym. Weight is averaging about 127lbs - 128lbs. ❤️
