Yummy 👅👅berry smoothie with Greek yogurt swirl 😍😍it's so easy to make your own smoothies and so much healthier than buying one out as you can control the quality and amount of the ingredients going into it, also thought I would share a few of the exercises i did today in my workout give them a try 💪🏻💪🏻 A1. 10x pulsing lunges (each leg) straight into
10 reverse pulsing lunges (each leg) straight into
10 forward pulsing lunges (each leg)
then drop the weights and go into 50 jump lunges (all up)
rest 30sec-1 min then go again repeat x4
A2.5x12 single leg Deadlifts ss 5x20 weighted jump squats
A3.5x10 single leg pistol squats as 5x15 box jumps

These left my 🍑 on fireee!! 🙌🏻🔥 Seriously some of the BEST pump I've gotten in my glutes in a long time!! 😩😍💁🏼Complete these with low reps of only 10-12 for 5 rounds!! This is a great little finisher to add if you used more free weights like I had for my glute/leg day! 💪🏻 I love putting together 3-4 basic exercises for a finisher because I always seem to push myself harder so I will finish feeling stronger than ever!! 👸🏼⚡️ Work hard & smash those goals!

Always find time for the things that make you happy. When I started my new classes this semester I didn’t think that it was possible for me to continue to go to the gym & workout. Juggling with 6 classes & taking care of two toddlers & as a wife making sure that everything at home is also being taken care of, may become a little challenging, not impossible tho. I was determined that I was going to find the way to not let go of what has kept me sane lol of course there’s so many things out there which I do that I enjoy. But there’s just this things about working out that allows me to not only make my body stronger, but as well as my mind. Which is what helps me focus on everything else. Leg day 😅😅 here are some of the exercises I did tonight! 👆🏼&👇🏼

SUPERSET👉🏼 leg extensions: 4x12 single leg + 12 together with slow negative (shown above) ✖️ wall sits for 4x45seconds (not recorded)

SUPERSET👉🏼 leg curls on an exercise ball (which was a little too big and I had to kind of adjust my feet😂): 4x15 (shown above) ✖️ incline walking lunges: 4x10 for each leg (shown above)

Modified the classic Romanian deadlifts for a more glute emphasis approach. I used TUT (time under tension) so I don't squeeze my glutes on the way up. Thought I needed to dedicate this fine Saturday to build my glutes and hams since my quads are clearly more developed 😂 Happy Saturday y'all 👋🏼

#FBF to the last good workout I had. This was two weeks ago 😐 I'm not saying not working out is terrible and you have to go to the gym every day. But personally, I've noticed that my mood and energy level have both tanked during my absence from the gym. It's NOT always about calories in and calories out 🚫Exercise is also a great way to relieve stress and keep the processes in our body running efficiently, allowing us to be more effective during the day.

Just maxed out on deadlifts for one rep my new total is now 906lbs. Strength training really helped my get my numbers off so I will be back to strength training in a month to get even higher numbers. I think I love this shit 😂
