Many people don’t know this about me but I have a mentally ill child. It’s been a very difficult struggle to obtain the education needed to really understand what goes on in the mind of a mentally ill child and the best strategies to help her. Because of this education I am now able to see signs of a student who may be struggling and refer them to the school psychologist. Also, with great insurance and my TpT income I am able to afford the necessary health resources she desperately needs. But what if a parent doesn’t have insurance? And what if they cannot afford the medication, therapy, residential treatment necessary to help their child? My school district offers high-quality pedagogy education for teachers, but no PD’s on mental illness. Education is key! #armmewith Thanks to @thesuperheroteacher for starting this movement!

I’ve been writing since age 11, around the time I endured one of one of my most traumatic experiences.
I was at my most depressed and suicidal before I started writing/rapping again in 2017.
Rapping is a fun, healthy outlet for me and a way to get some shit off my chest.
Also, having #BPD, it is damn near impossible to complete anything.
And I did.

Bring to mind all the times in your life when you had acted courageously, when you faced your fears and took a leap into the unknown with successful outcomes. Close your eyes and focus on how that made you feel. Let those feelings inspire you to once again act with bravery.
This weekend was about some much needed R&R. Some much needed thought. Some much needed contemplation. Some much needed cleaning and organization. Some much needed friend and family time!
I know I’m getting to get judged by this. Some people won’t care, others will care too much. But in an attempt to be as transparent as possible, I figured I’d share.
Things have been quite crazy lately. My health is kinda here and there, my schedule is crazy AF, and I’ve been low on energy. That being said I don’t have a lot of free time let alone time to do much of anything.
After lots of debate I have decided to stop doing the 80 day program I was doing and jump to a shorter more cardio based program. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVED the last 34 days, but the last 34 days took more of a toll on me that it was worth.
An hour long workout plus having to go to the gym to use the proper weights is just not in the cards right now. I will return and complete this program when I have more time in my day. Aka this summer! But for now, I’ll get back to my 25 minute workouts!
The key to success is knowing what does and doesn’t work for you!!! Rather than giving up all together I switched things up because I KNOW I can make it work again for ME and my life!
Being too busy isn’t an excuse! It’s a better of finding what works for you! You busy AF too but wanna get healthy AF? Let’s chat! •

So I’ve been a naughty girl today & took nearly a 4hr nap 🙈💤. I totally believe in listening to what your body is telling you but i try not to take olympic status style naps because I know it’ll throw me off at night. I just couldn’t help it lol I slept through the alarm I’d set & everything 🚨⏰. I must’ve needed it. To be fair I’ve been to the gym 4 times this week doing hit training & I’ve really sore muscles & a touch of fuck this shit syndrome going on #couldgoeitherway 😁😭

The real reason for this post is I took 7.5mg of #zimovane 10mins ago because I was anticipating not sleeping because of my super nap earlier 💤🏆🛌. Thing is...I haven’t taken one in years & since I’ve come off #sertraline this past month I’m thinking 💭 “ohh shit this could either knock me out or have no effect whatsoever”😋😱🙃😐

I'm really tired today. I accidentally fell asleep during a Grey's Anatomy binge (which is still going on) next to Aaron. I hurt a lot from going to a concert last night. We didn't stay for the full thing because we were both hurting a lot, but it was still amazing. I missed the feeling of a kickdrum in my chest. Today is good. I have homework and I have to try to keep going with schoolwork. I honestly can't tell if I'm stressed or just more depressed, but I can do this.
