So, my protein was throwing me out of ketosis. Fuck every single asshole on the keto subreddit who accused me of being OCD and telling me to "trust the process" I trust science, balances and checks, motherfuckers. After my 37 hour fast, I recalculated my macros to lower my protein to the baseline because I had to stop lifting temporarily. My weight as of this morning was 218 (down 20lbs in 9 weeks; happy dance) and both my blood sugar and ketones have gone back to where they need to be. SCIENCE πŸ”₯
