Så starter den nye holdplan !! Nyt hold i salen FysioFlow/Movement vi har i lang tid ønsket et hold i salen hvor vi arbejder på yoga måtten med egen kropsvægt.
Her er der fart over yoga måtten i et flow af øvelser hvor vi har kædet det bedste fra yogaen sammen med Thomeys funktionelle trænings koncept, så du får et flow af øvelser som arbejder med dit bindevæv og virker styrkende, gør dig mere bevægelig stærkere og bedre din kondition og balance.
Stive kroppen bliver smidige og svage kroppe stærke.
Da vi undervejs har meget fokus på din vejrtrækning vil du efterfølgende opnå en behagelig ro samt en følelse af frihed og afslappethed i kroppen.

øvelses sekvenserne gentages i et flow så alle kan deltage uanset niveau, når du trænger til en pause stepper man blot ud og indtager en release position og når du er klar igen så hopper du ind der hvor resten af holdet er kommet til.

Resultatet er en stærk krop i ro og harmoni.

Ive been a bit quiet on here over the past few days... I’ve been travelling a lot for work lately, and while sometimes the reason I’m not posting is because I am too busy to workout, and that’s what this page is all about, and other times, I am working out but since I’m out of routine, find it hard to have stuff to post about. It’s all well and good for me to say to you - you can ALWAYS find time to exercise, or incorporate extra movement into your day. And this is true a lot of the time. But there are times in life, whether it’s just a day or two or a longer period of time, where this isn’t possible. Sure, I could have gotten up at 6am after finishing work at 12:30am to work out, but I would be sacrificing one good thing for another. And in cases like that, I normally choose sleep. I hate skipping workouts. When I can’t workout for a few days in a row, it messes me up, my routine keeps me motivated and when it goes out the window, I find it really hard to get back into it. I’m in my last destination now for a few days ( it’s the fourth city I’ve been to in just 6 days!), and I started it off right with this healthy dinner of tuna salad and fruit. Starting tomorrow, I’ll be in the gym, getting back into some sort of routine before I fly home. If anyone is feeling the way I do, let’s start Monday morning together and motivate each other to take care of our bodies, because the benefits of exercise are countless so we owe it to ourselves. How do you warm up?
Here is an example of a warm up drill that mobilises your entire body through a range of different movements.
Here I perform the sequence 3 tines - however when you do it try to perform it 6-10 times to get you mobile and ready for your workout.

If you have tight pecs, biceps and want to strenghtening your shoulders at the same time then try this out. Rotating your arms/shoulders in this position is a bit more challenging so take it slow and if it’s to heavy standing on your toes start on your knees. Don’t forget, your body likes rotations.
