Habis suka banyak yg nanya sama aku kok bisa punya 2 anak tapi tetep 'kuyus' ?!
Nah jaga badan biar stabil itu bukan magic bukan sulap girls!
Harus dengan disiplin dan usaha!! Itu buat kamu yg mau langsing natural ya
Apalagi kalau habis punya anak kayanya jaga badan biar ga naek terus timbangan kayanya susaaah bgt lebih susah dari mendaki bukit
So my steps are:
+ PORTION CONTROL
Maksudnya jaga porsi makanan ga usah belebihan, malah kadang cuma setengah porsi tapi dengan lauk pauk lengkap!
+ DIET PROTEIN
Dari pada karbohidratnya yg banyak (nasi, kentang etc) aku lbh banyakin daging (protein nya) misal 2 potong ayam dgn sedikit nasi(segenggam tanganmu). Tapi inget ya diet protein harus dengan masukan fibre yg cukup alias jangan lupa sayuran nya! +No NGEMIL!
Cuma boleh 1x sehari jam 3-4 sore atau di London bilangnya 'tea time' dari cake dgn teh hangat atau mungkin keripik, milkshake pokoknya yg masuk kategori snack. Hindarin ngemil iseng apalagi di sofa sambil nonton Tv, wah bahaya itu!
+MAKAN TERATUR 3X SEHARI
Nah aku kan punya maagh jadi kalau kamu follow 3 step diet diatas jangan lupa untuk ngga pernah skip makan!! Jadwalku breakfast time 8-10 pagi, makan siang 12-1 siang, makan malam jam 6-7.30 malam. Bisa disesuaikan dgn schdule kamu tapi harus selalu nemu waktu makan dan jgn jarak waktunya kejauhan karena kalau nunggu laper bgt otomatis porsi kmu juga porsi 'bales dendam'!
Step ini udah aku jalanin tahunan nah gimana caranya it works :
* Dengan membiasakan makan porsi kecil perut jadi terbiasa ngerasa kenyang dgn porsi itu.
* lemes ngga sy? Inget girls & moms lemes itu bukan dari porsi yg ngga cukup tapi dari asupan gizi yg tidak cukup jadi jangan lupa cek apa di menu kmu sudah cukup fibre dan proteinnya?
* step ini cuma works buat orang yg disiplin dan sabar! Juga mau hidup teratur. Kebiasaan bisa berubah dalam 2 minggu tapi mempertahankan itu sulit!
Result bisa terasa 1 sampe 2 bulan tapi badan menjadi benar2x stabil take 6 months!
Buat pemula bisa dibantu suplement vitamin dan juga minuman pembantu diet biar ngilangin rasa cepet laper di minggu2x pertama

Last week you got to see some creative meals because I had off of work for a few days. The reality is I’m a full time working mom and some days are REALLY long and hard. So today I literally had all three meals out of containers at work (still here) so everything had to be prepped last night. wait...wait...I will NOT sabotage my hard work today by snacking on crap tonight. .
I’m not hungry. I don’t have any cravings for once but I will literally ruin my hard work by eating just for the heck of it. Somewhere deep down I subconsciously believe that I don’t deserve to have success like the abs I have been working hard on or to be healthy. Like they aren’t meant for me and they’re just for other people. .
I know it’s sad but I know I’m not the only one who does that kind of stuff. It might not be health or fitness related for you, it could be success at your job or relationships and being loved by good people. Who knows why we do this to ourselves? What I do know is that we have to stop that crap!!! .
Every morning I wake up and tell myself that “I’m worthy and enough”
“I deserve success and good things.”
You should try it, too.
Eventually it will sink in.
Tonight was a rough one on the no snacking. I kept contemplating rather to make a bag of skinnygirl popcorn or not but I stuck to my guns and did NOT cave!!!!

OK first I have to say that I have never in my life eaten anything even remotely close to this, but I can honestly say it’s one of the most delicious meals I’ve ever eaten. I’m on day 13 of the 14 day challenge and am starting to take risks and play around with my foods. I’ve never enjoyed cooking as much as I do now. So far I’m down 8 1/2 pounds in 13 days and I never thought I could be sugar and flour free but I swear to you, with meals like this it’s actually possible! This beet salad (I’ve never had beet salad in my life), is 6 ounces of organic beet noodles, 1 ounce organic raw cashews, 3 ounces chickpeas, 1 ounce crumbled feta and 6 ounces organic mixed strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and watermelon. Someone asked me what I eat in a day. This!
I start my morning with my super dense shake which not only keeps me full for longer, but also keeps my energy levels consistent throughout the day. AND helps me curb my sugar cravings.
Lunch mostly consists of leftovers. Yesterday's was a leftover burrito bowl with cauliflower rice and homemade guacamole with a dash of sour cream.
Dinner was a lamb moussaka stack with some sweet potato and parsnip fries.
Simple, yet nutritious! I have no idea how many calories this all comes to because I don't count them. I eat healthy nutritious food that satiates me and leaves me feeling fuller for longer. I have also trained myself not to snack in between meals to give my gut time to properly digest what I eat. I do however drink plenty of water, these days with a slice of lemon in it for flavour.

Day 1 of No Snacking. Having reviewed #mfp over the last few weeks/months, my meals are generally spot on and within calorie count but my snacking is way off the charts ! Last week 25% of my calories came from snacks and that is about 3000 calories interestingly enough guess how many calories I was over my goal ? Nearly 3000. So my 300 chocolate orange porridge is the only thing I will be eating until lunchtime and I am going to try and eat out evening meal later to stop the evening munchies.
