⚠️MY RESULTS ARE IN!!⚠️
I am so happy with how well I’ve done the past 6 weeks. I lost 2.3% body fat, 11.4 pounds, and 4 pounds of fat.
I’m fitting into clothes that I haven’t worn since high school and I’m having to buy new pants because mine are falling off!! I’m so glad that I have gotten back on the fit game and I’m so excited to share even more results with you guys as my journey continues.

Today’s take away was something I never thought about. “The physical pain is nothing compared to the mental pain I’ve gone through in my past”. This so so true for me. I’ve been through some pretty tough stuff in my life and on that road I had to choose which path to take. I chose my own path. I chose to not let those things define who I was meant to be. It helped make me a strong 💪🏻 woman.
After this week in some tough emotional moments during new workouts I now will keep this in mind. The mental stuff is way tougher. The physical pain only lasts in that moment and then it’s over.
Can’t wait to enjoy the rest day. Prepare for the week ahead. And have a better outlook and clear my head of the barrier I had this week.
I’m going to say this again. This program has been therapy for me. I’m so amazed at how one program can change your life in so many ways.

A delicious totally thrown together dinner of cauliflower rice with corn and peas seasoned with soy sauce with three fried eggs and broccoli and cheese veggie tots. Used a package of frozen cauliflower rice, most of a small package of frozen peas, kernels from two cobs of corn. Sautéed those ingredients in a bit of olive oil and then added in low sodium soy sauce. Fried the eggs in a skillet with Pam spray. First time trying broccoli cheese veggie tots from Green Giant frozen bag. Baked at 425 for 14 minutes. In the kitchen meal planning for the week ahead so I’m ready to shop tomorrow.

A few things I use when I meal plan include my containers food list, a grocery shopping list pad, my timed nutrition meal plan template, colorful pens, AND my laptop so I can check out some new recipes!

Did you know that my sweet on demand library of workouts also gives me access to the Fixate Cooking Show?! It’s full of yummy recipes so I know I’m always sure to find something new to try!

I’m actually a creature of habit and could easily eat the same things every week, but it’s also nice to at least try one thing new. Looking forward to sharing a few ideas with you all next week!

There is a balance between making things happen and allowing them to happen, naturally, when they’re meant too.
I’m not suggesting you stop what you’re doing, stop working, stop studying, stop networking, stop creating, stop writing or stop building your empire. Still work at it but don’t force it.
Herein lie the balance!
Confession: I struggle so much with this! My grip on what I want or releasing what didn’t work out is sometimes so tight that it’s difficult for me to let that shit go - because the dream is still there.
I have to keep reminding myself to go with the flow, allow things, that there is a plan and if I’m not in the flow because I’m still forcing and gripping then I’ll miss the signs when they’re presented to me.
But, oh sweet & savoury - sometimes that grip is white knuckle tight... It’s like an internal tug o’war!
So, my mantra for the upcoming week is too allow more and force less... perfect as we enter Pisces on Tuesday.
I’d love to know if you struggle with this too and how you manage to balance between the allow and forcing. ♡

The comparison is unreal, and you wonder where in the world the extra weight came from, especially since you only ate a few things (on the right) but that comes from not being informed on how many calories are in the food and you not knowing how much you should be consuming

What am I doing it for?
