Rp @earthlingink Since when was it a "right" to do what we humans do to animals? Who gave this right to the masses? It's an awfully evil act to pretend these sentient beings have no feelings. Like they can't understand suffering themselves, and can't care for one another as their mates are tortured and slaughtered right in front of them.
Guaranteed if the shoe was on the other foot those people would be begging for mercy with their voice.. a voice these animals don't have.

بتحبو ل beef Straganoff بس حابين تخففو الدهن بنظامكم الغذائي؟؟ أذا أيه، جبتلكن وصفه beef Stroganoff صحية وقليلة الدسم. أنا قدمتها مع الرز الابيض ولكن انتو بتقدارو تستعملو المعكرونه أو البطاطا المشويه. الوصفة بتاخذ حدود ٤٠ دقيقة تحضير وبتكفي ٦ أشخاص. وأذا رجبتوها صوروها وبعثولي على الدايركت🤗
المقادير:
- ١/٢ كيلو لحم بقر خالي من الدهن مقطع لشرائح رفيعة
- ٢ ١/٢ كوب من شرائح الفطر الابيض
- ١ بصلة كبيرة مفرومة - ١ حص ثوم كبير مفروم ناعم
- ٤ ملاعق كوب زيت نباتي (انا استعملت الكانولا)
- ١ ١/٢ كوب مرق لحم غير مملح
- ١/٤ كوب صحين متعدد الأستعمالات - ١ ١/٢ كوب زبادي قليل الدسم - ٣ ملاعق اكل صلصة الصويا
- ١ ملعقة اكل خل التفاح
- ١/٢ ملعقة كوب جوز الطيب - ١ ملعقة كوب قرتفل مطحون - رشة فلفل أسود
طريقة العمل:
١- قلبي البصل والثوم والفطر بالزيت حتى يطرى البصل وارفعية من المقلات.
٢- في نفس المقلات قلبي شرائح اللحم حتى يحمر واضيفي عليه الخل، وصوص الصويا، والقرنفل المطحون وجوز الطيب ومن ثم كوب واحد من المرق وحركه جيدا حتى تندمج المواد وضعه على نار هادئة لمدة ١٥ دقيقة.
٣- أضيف الطحين الى ١/٢ كوب المتبقي من المرق وخلطه جيدا ومن ثم يضاف الى خليط اللحم والمرق، يحرك جيدا
٤- أضيف البصل والفطر والملح والفلفل الاسود على خليط اللحم والمرق ودعة يغلي لمدة دقيقة مع التحريك المستمر
٥- واخيرا نضيف الزبادي ونخلطه جيداً مع بقية المكونات وندعة يسخن على مهل ( من دون أن يغلي) ويقدم ساخناً.
