Don't get me wrong, ✋🏼🤚🏼 I don't think I look horrible in that photo on the left, but I PROMISE you, I looked at that photo when it was taken and I hated it.
The thing is, I was doing everything "right" during that time. I was working out sometimes two times a day, and eating better than I ever had. And I was SO frustrated because you couldn't see it! I looked the same as I ever had! 🤷🏻‍♀️ Now, the photo on the right, again, don't get me wrong- not all moms should look any certain way, not all bodies are the same, not all people are the same! But I promise you, I feel more confident with my body now than I ever have. I've found a way to make a passion I already had, fitness, really fit into my life (even with two little guys) in a way that's given me RESULTS. And I'm FINALLY becoming passionate about the nutrition and health part as well!
Best part, my mindset is so right. My mindset is healthy. I've always been (in general at least) pretty positive, but my mindset has GROWN. I'm not staying stagnant I'm changing and it's exciting! If there's a direction to go in, let it be upwards. #everupward

Happy Saturday - my favourite day because it’s family day 🙂 Little Miss Izzy is my hero today! My inspiration! TJ is making great gradual progress, but today at skating practice Izzy just pushed #thefitmomsplandad away, took a stick and started to skate all on her own!! 😳😍. No skate helper for this one!😂
She is 2.4 years old. She has no fear. She is determined. She is independent. She is AWESOME! 💞. I can’t wait to see what she is going to achieve in life.
And I seriously need to get to skating practice myself because she is soon going to be better than me. 👀😬😂 #thefitmomsplan (video sped up!)

You guys....I wanted to show where I started- when I started my health journey. This pic, I was 35, with a three year old and 8 month old, this is that one pic that changed me... I did NOT like who I saw, how I felt, how I thought, all of it just felt yuck. I started on my own, reading googling asking about how to get healthy and happy.. I experimented with food and see if it was causing some of my issues, found out I had a lot of allergies, learned about whole organic food, Was working out by running or walking but inconsistent and injured until I found my coach and programs, 8 months later finally finding something that worked for me as a mom, that I could do and affixed I got knew I found my thing. It wasn’t overnight. I wasn’t perfect or always consistent but I kept NOT quitting. I kept after it. And yesterday I was able to post picture I never dreamed I could post. This journey is just that... good days bad days cheat days on point days but I know now— if you just keep fighting you will get where you want to go. It’s the weekend 🙌🏻 that means grocery shopping + meal prep will be goin’ dowwwwwn!

A few of my weekly staples include:
Eggs (we eat A LOT of eggs...)
Almond milk
Chicken breast
Spinach
Apples
Bananas
Chickpeas
Assortment of veggies
Sweet potatoes
Cottage cheese
Berries •
I keep it simple so that my days run smoothly. This mama ain’t got time for complexity 🙅🏽‍♀️and I’m a creature of habit so meals typically look pretty similar from week to week.

But don’t remember to MAKE A LIST before hitting up the store - you’ll save yourself a shit ton of energy (and money, too) 👍🏻

These things take hard work and consistency over time - your health, fitness and growing a business is the same!!!!!! So many of us are programmed to want instant gratification that we forget that we actually have to work hard for some things.
Put in the work every day - like EVERY DAY for a long time - and you’ll see that you can do amazing things!

I can’t tell you how many people I talk to who are interested in what I do as a coach and they say “ya, but you’ve been doing this for a while now...” Um, last time I checked ANY job you have you’re going to have to show up and work at, this is the same - except you’re building something that gives you freedom, flexibility, and the ability to do purposeful work HELPING others get healthy!

My question back at them - “what’s the worst that’s going to happen? You show up every day, help some people change their lives, make some extra money, and get in the best shape of your life along the way!” 🤷🏻‍♀️💪👙🙌 No brainer if you ask me!!! •

#postpartum #afterbabybody _______________________________________________________ Bodysoul • Kaum zu glauben aber wahr, vor knapp drei Monaten wog ich aufgrund meiner Schwangerschaftsvergiftung noch -+100 kg. Ich erkannte mich selbst nicht wieder im Spiegel. Ich habe mich quasi verdoppelt. Doch während man versucht wieder auf die Beine zu kommen, ist einem die Figur erstmal egal. Das einzige was zählt ist das Baby und die Gesundheit. Nach 12 Wochen Wochenbett und leichten Training wiege ich jetzt 64kg. Auf die ich unglaublich stolz bin. Bis zu meinem alten Gewicht sind es jetzt noch so ca. 5kg denen ich jetzt auf nimma wiedersehen sagen möchte. Deshalb achte ich jetzt (soweit wegen Stillen möglich) auf meine Ernährung. Geh weiterhin in meinen Rückbilungskurs und versuche täglich 20 Minuten zuhause zu trainieren. Es geht mir nicht darum für die Gesellschaft wieder in Form zu kommen oder irgendjemanden zu importieren, ich möchte einfach wieder ich sein und mich wohl fühlen. Ich bin so stolz was mein Körper geleistet hat, was er überwunden hat und wie er mit mir ins Leben zurück gekämpft hat. My photos always butcher my glorious food creations. That and my lifters hands 😂😂 My confidence in the kitchen is growing and growing by the day. Give me a recipe, any recipe and I WILL be able to turn it into something delicious and macro friendly... and if you like eating for volume I’ve got your back too.

These are the most inoffensive muffins ever... peanut/soy/gluten/wheat free low sugar low carb low calorie vegetarian, keto and paleo friendly... writing out the description took longer than baking the bloody things.

🗑️ MORNING CLEAN UP 🗑️ spent the morning trying to clean all of down stairs - I couldn’t even do the dishes without the devil child following me around crying 🤚🏼 I knew she was tired and she wouldn’t fall asleep without me, good job I found the sling 😅

The only way to stop her was to stick her in the sling and carry her around 🤦🏼‍♀️

Managed to clean the cooked, extractor fan, dishes, work top, table, empty the washing machine and re Fill it, hoover and mop the floor, polish AND clean the sofa without her waking up 😅 good exercise but my god my back is killing me 😢
