Do you workout until it hurts? I mean really hurts? If not - this is why you’re not seeing progress as quickly as you want.
When I go into the gym, I have a mindset that I’m going to put my body through PAIN while I’m there. Not a bad pain - a good pain.
A pain that creates change - this mindset & work in the gym is what really makes your body transform
Here is a clip of me from last night - I did a drop-set of cable bicep curls [75lbs>65>55>45] then headed straight to the rack & grabbed some light 15’s

My muscle fibers were already on FIRE from my dropset curls - but I pushed myself until I literally couldn’t life those 15s anymore.
THEN straight to the tiny 10’s - muscle fibers are SCREAMING @ this point. And this is what it takes - you see me here at the end of this video, I look ugly, I sound ugly. But I am getting that fucking actual body changing PUMP in.
Next time you step foot in the gym for your workout - tell yourself you’re not leaving until you’re in pain (and making some hideous faces πŸ˜‚). And watch your body transform [eat clean as fuck too!] Go chase those gains! Did an hour and a half today for my workout since I missed 5 days (and they were sedentary days marking and prepping) and I wanted to truly get my whole body. In the end I did miss my shoulders, but that’s ok. The rest of today looks like more marking (60 essay’s....😭) and not much else. .........

After taking an unexpected rest day (focused a lot of studying and time got away from me) I squished in both my day 5 & day 6 workouts into today! I got my cardio and full body done - meaning... WEEK ONE IS DONE! I'm so proud of myself. A couple times I really didn't wanna workout, and I was almost talkin myself out of it. But I just reminded myself how committed I am, and how tired I am of feeling icky. I wanna feel good inside and I wanna look good outside. πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ† Tomorrow morning ill weigh in, and decide if I stay in the Hot Body Meal Plan Phase 1 or more on to Phase 2! (I weighed myself yesterday and I've lost exactly 2 pounds. If that doesn't change to 3lbs I'll be moving onto phase 2! I really don't think I'll have lost a whole pound in a day, but we'll see! πŸ˜‚)
